Hello Renters!

The exclusive resort of Sandestin is the spot for an ideal vacation! Sandestin is situated on 2400 acres between the Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Sandestin boasts 72 holes of golf, over 11 miles of biking and walking trails, a 98 slip marina with boat, kayak, canoe and jet ski rentals, stocked lakes for fishing, spa and full service heath club, plus access to the beautiful beach where there is no better sunset.

Once you enter this private gated community there will be no need to venture out, there is even a Publix grocery store on property. This 11th Floor three bedroom, three bath Luau Tower II condo is the perfect base from which to explore all Sandestin has to offer. The tropical Luau condominiums are the newest development on the beach side of the resort. With spectacular views, a fitness center, 4000 square foot lagoon style salt water pool with swim under waterfall, heated spa, tot's pool, Tiki Hut and proximity to the beach this is definitely the new hot spot.

On the other side of the resort is the exciting Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village has something going on all of the time! From restaurants to first rate boutiques, to live entertainment you can find something for every member of your family. And if you are worried about parking, ask me about golf cart rentals or access to private garage parking.

From the Luau it is only a short stroll to the beach. You can also walk to these restaurants: Finz, Seagar's (Northwest Florida's first AAA four-diamond fine restaurant), Hadashi (sushi), Picnix Deli, Sandcastles, and Barefoots Beachside Bar and Grill. But if you do not want to go out to eat you can grill on the built-in stainless steel grills that are located along the stream that winds though the complex. There are plenty of tables for your outdoor dining experience.

Our condo is professionally designed and decorated. When you first enter you will be amazed at how large the living area is. This unique lock-off unit boasts 2 master bedrooms with the ability to separate for more privacy. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and king size bed. The lock-off bedroom doubles as a 1 bedroom studio, with its own mini-fridge, coffee maker, wet bar, microwave and private living area, perfect for couples traveling together, or as a "kids suite". There is also an additional bedroom with a queen bed a queen sleeper sofa in the living area as well as a twin sleeper sofa in the lock off bedroom. With a fully loaded kitchen, you will find everything you need to enjoy meals in, with seating for 8 in the main dining room, and bonus seating at the breakfast bar. This unit also has deep soaker tubs, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, free wi-fi, and two balconies. One of the balconies is off the main living area and is spacious enough to have a cocktail party. There is also a balcony off the master, not just a step out but an actual place to sit and have a cup of coffee. From the roomy balconies, not only are you offered the preferred and spectacular westerly views over the palm trees at the pool and also views of the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawatchee Bay and Baytowne Golf Course. The sunsets from this condo are breathtaking! In addition, this unit is on the same level as the Observation Deck so just walk down the hall to enjoy viewing fireworks from the Hilton.

In the unit there are beach chairs and umbrellas for your day on the beach. It is such a short walk - you are going to love it.

Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is gated with controlled access you could not find a safer spot.

  • we had a great stay at the luau! very roomy! we had our family from CA visit Sandestin for the first time & this was the perfect place for them to experience the wonderful sandestin beach! The lockout unit was perfect! Beach access was quick & easy! I highly recommend the add-on golf cart rental from owners! made quick and easy trips to the room as well! we will definitely be coming back!

  • This is a very nice place to stay. The building and grounds are well-maintained with access to the beach and is in close proximity to great shopping areas, restaurants and other points of interest. The rooms were well-furnished with spectacular views. I highly recommend it.

  • IT WAS CLEAN!!! Driving from Memphis with four boys is rough..but it was all worth it when we arrived and it was clean and ready to go!! The owner was great to work with us. The unit had so much space. Loved having carpet instead of tile everywhere. We will stay here again. I just wish I owned one myself.... Thanks for making it worth the drive!! :)

  • We stayed at Sandestin and the Luau condo last week and it was wonderful. The Sandestin resort is the place to stay in Destin and I was extremely pleased with the condo. The condo is very spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. The layout is also great. We also appreciated that we had linens, towels, hand soap, dishwashing soap and laundry soap there in the condo when we arrived. The condo was extremely quiet and it was so nice to sit out on the balconies. The Luau pool is very nice and it is just a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and found it really useful when driving around the beachside or going over to the wharf for shopping and dining. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this resort and this condo and will definitely come back to destin and stay here again.

  • We have been going to the SanDestin resort for the last 15 years. My in-laws from Pittsburgh were coming to visit so we decided to take a quick, last minute trip. We stayed at the Luau and it was wonderful. We loved the views (especially the sunset)from the balconies. The condo was very spacious and clean, the layout was great. Having the golf cart was very helpful in getting to the beach. The beach was beautiful as it always is. The SanDestin Resort is the only place we stay when we go to the Destin area and now the Luau will be on the top of our list.

  • This unit is very large with each bedroom very spacious and not close to each other. Our girls stayed in the lockout room & they felt like it was their own apartment! The main balcony is awesome with a great view and the other balcony is off the master bedroom which is in the main condo. Pool is great with plenty of chairs. The beach was crowded. No condiments available. Overall, a fantastic condo and pool!

  • The view from this unit is priceless and the unit is the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in. you feel like you are in paradise with all the comforts of home. At night the balcony is the best place to view the fireworks. The kids love the pool with its waterfall and will play in it all day. The beach is a short walk away and its breathtaking. The owners are wonderful people and I highly recommend getting the golf cart it was a blast. We were able to ride the entire property and use the golf cart all week. This unit and Sandestin is now a yearly tradition with out a doubt.

  • My boyfriend and I have stayed in this unit with a friend, and we loved it! We loved that the master bedroom had a separate balcony, but we could also hang out with our friend on the large balcony off the living room. We loved the layout of the unit, plenty of room for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again. We love the pool and Jacuzzi at the Luau, and the close walk to the ocean. This is our first choice when staying in Sandestin!
