The exclusive resort of Sandestin is the spot for an ideal vacation! Sandestin is situated on 2400 acres between the Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Sandestin boasts 72 holes of golf, over 11 miles of biking and walking trails, a 98 slip marina with boat, kayak, canoe and jet ski rentals, stocked lakes for fishing, spa and full service heath club, plus access to the beautiful beach where there is no better sunset.
Once you enter this private gated community there will be no need to venture out, there is even a Publix grocery store on property. This 11th Floor three bedroom, three bath Luau Tower II condo is the perfect base from which to explore all Sandestin has to offer. The tropical Luau condominiums are the newest development on the beach side of the resort. With spectacular views, a fitness center, 4000 square foot lagoon style salt water pool with swim under waterfall, heated spa, tot's pool, Tiki Hut and proximity to the beach this is definitely the new hot spot.
On the other side of the resort is the exciting Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village has something going on all of the time! From restaurants to first rate boutiques, to live entertainment you can find something for every member of your family. And if you are worried about parking, ask me about golf cart rentals or access to private garage parking.
From the Luau it is only a short stroll to the beach. You can also walk to these restaurants: Finz, Seagar's (Northwest Florida's first AAA four-diamond fine restaurant), Hadashi (sushi), Picnix Deli, Sandcastles, and Barefoots Beachside Bar and Grill. But if you do not want to go out to eat you can grill on the built-in stainless steel grills that are located along the stream that winds though the complex. There are plenty of tables for your outdoor dining experience.
This condo is professionally designed and decorated. When you first enter you will be amazed at how large the living area is. This unique lock-off unit boasts 2 master bedrooms with the ability to separate for more privacy. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and king size bed. The lock-off bedroom doubles as a 1 bedroom studio, with its own mini-fridge, coffee maker, wet bar, microwave and private living area, perfect for couples traveling together, or as a "kids suite". There is also an additional bedroom with a queen bed a queen sleeper sofa in the living area as well as a twin sleeper sofa in the lock off bedroom. With a fully loaded kitchen, you will find everything you need to enjoy meals in, with seating for 8 in the main dining room, and bonus seating at the breakfast bar. This unit also has deep soaker tubs, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, and two balconies. One of the balconies is off the main living area and is spacious enough to have a cocktail party. There is also a balcony off the master, not just a step out but an actual place to sit and have a cup of coffee. From the roomy balconies, not only are you offered the preferred and spectacular westerly views over the palm trees at the pool and also views of the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawatchee Bay and Baytowne Golf Course. The sunsets from this condo are breathtaking! In addition, this unit is on the same level as the Observation Deck so just walk down the hall to enjoy viewing fireworks from the Hilton.
In the unit there are beach chairs and umbrellas for your day on the beach. It is such a short walk - you are going to love it.
Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is gated with controlled access you could not find a safer spot.

This Condo is Everything as advertised! My husband and I took our children and grandchildren on a vacation and this met all our needs. Beautiful view from all rooms, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. The Golf cart was an added treat. It was far beyond our expectations and we will definitely be staying here again! Ms. Kym was excellent to work with!

We had a great time staying in your condo last week! We loved having the golf cart available to go to Baytowne and Grand Sandestin. The pool was really nice and we were only a short walk to the beach! We can't wait to stay here again!

This is my favorite of the four Sandestin properties we have rented over the past five years. SHORT walking distance to the beach, unlike many Tivoli units, which are only walking distance for hikers. Views from this unit are astonishing -- balconies give you beach AND bay views. The pool is the biggest and best in Sandestin, bar none. Two huge stainless steel grills outside the building have patio seating, a great spot to barbecue and socialize. Kym is very accessible and responsive -- I texted her questions pretty much every day, and heard back from her within minutes every time. Highly recommended.

Kym, I just wanted to say thank you for renting your place last week. This was our 3rd straight year coming from Wisconsin to Sandestin and probably our most enjoyable. You provided wonderful customer service before and during my rental experience. Your place is great, plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. This condo is huge. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, I expected it to be large, but it was even larger than I anticipated. My wife and I, and our two young children (4 and 1 1/2) had plenty of room, and each child had their own large bedroom, as did we, which meant that at night we still had plenty of free space to relax in while the children slept. Pool is absolutely incredible, the best in Sandestin, and my children absolutely loved it. The multiple balconies and accompanying views were outstanding, as you could see both the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay from all! Very safe building, only a short walk across a parking lot to the beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart! Made a great trip even better, as we could easily ride around the entire Sandestin property, even at night (headlights!). Made many trips to the Village at Baytowne Wharf. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with, very friendly. Overall, this was the best experience and accommodations I have had on my many trips to Sandestin, and will definitely be back to this unit!

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was! The units are spectacular, to say nothing of the view. The location was ideal, just steps away from the beach, and the pool is beautiful. I am so pleased with our trip, I will never stay in another location in San Destin! The owner was so easy to work with, and very friendly. Thanks so much for a lovely and memorable trip!

My stay at the Luau was more than perfect! The unit was very clean and spacious! I was impressed with all of the kitchen utensils that were provided. My family rents a house every year in this area and most of the time we don't have everything we would need to prepare a meal in! The location is spot on--you are almost on the beach, have a huge pool just downstairs and the best restaurants are within the Sandestin complex!

we had a great stay at the luau! very roomy! we had our family from CA visit Sandestin for the first time & this was the perfect place for them to experience the wonderful sandestin beach! The lockout unit was perfect! Beach access was quick & easy! I highly recommend the add-on golf cart rental from owners! made quick and easy trips to the room as well! we will definitely be coming back!

This is a very nice place to stay. The building and grounds are well-maintained with access to the beach and is in close proximity to great shopping areas, restaurants and other points of interest. The rooms were well-furnished with spectacular views. I highly recommend it.
