We have stayed all over Sandestin and our Spring Break at the Luau was the best! Fabulous view, wonderful pool, and best location! Lockout unit was perfect for the kids. Our family will definitely rent this condo again next time we visit Sandestin.

This Condo is Everything as advertised! My husband and I took our children and grandchildren on a vacation and this met all our needs. Beautiful view from all rooms, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. The Golf cart was an added treat. It was far beyond our expectations and we will definitely be staying here again! Ms. Kym was excellent to work with!

We had a great time staying in your condo last week! We loved having the golf cart available to go to Baytowne and Grand Sandestin. The pool was really nice and we were only a short walk to the beach! We can't wait to stay here again!

This is my favorite of the four Sandestin properties we have rented over the past five years. SHORT walking distance to the beach, unlike many Tivoli units, which are only walking distance for hikers. Views from this unit are astonishing -- balconies give you beach AND bay views. The pool is the biggest and best in Sandestin, bar none. Two huge stainless steel grills outside the building have patio seating, a great spot to barbecue and socialize. Kym is very accessible and responsive -- I texted her questions pretty much every day, and heard back from her within minutes every time. Highly recommended.

Kym, I just wanted to say thank you for renting your place last week. This was our 3rd straight year coming from Wisconsin to Sandestin and probably our most enjoyable. You provided wonderful customer service before and during my rental experience. Your place is great, plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Best condo I have ever stayed in!

This condo is huge. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, I expected it to be large, but it was even larger than I anticipated. My wife and I, and our two young children (4 and 1 1/2) had plenty of room, and each child had their own large bedroom, as did we, which meant that at night we still had plenty of free space to relax in while the children slept. Pool is absolutely incredible, the best in Sandestin, and my children absolutely loved it. The multiple balconies and accompanying views were outstanding, as you could see both the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay from all! Very safe building, only a short walk across a parking lot to the beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart! Made a great trip even better, as we could easily ride around the entire Sandestin property, even at night (headlights!). Made many trips to the Village at Baytowne Wharf. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with, very friendly. Overall, this was the best experience and accommodations I have had on my many trips to Sandestin, and will definitely be back to this unit!

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was! The units are spectacular, to say nothing of the view. The location was ideal, just steps away from the beach, and the pool is beautiful. I am so pleased with our trip, I will never stay in another location in San Destin! The owner was so easy to work with, and very friendly. Thanks so much for a lovely and memorable trip!

My stay at the Luau was more than perfect! The unit was very clean and spacious! I was impressed with all of the kitchen utensils that were provided. My family rents a house every year in this area and most of the time we don't have everything we would need to prepare a meal in! The location is spot on--you are almost on the beach, have a huge pool just downstairs and the best restaurants are within the Sandestin complex!

we had a great stay at the luau! very roomy! we had our family from CA visit Sandestin for the first time & this was the perfect place for them to experience the wonderful sandestin beach! The lockout unit was perfect! Beach access was quick & easy! I highly recommend the add-on golf cart rental from owners! made quick and easy trips to the room as well! we will definitely be coming back!

This is a very nice place to stay. The building and grounds are well-maintained with access to the beach and is in close proximity to great shopping areas, restaurants and other points of interest. The rooms were well-furnished with spectacular views. I highly recommend it.

IT WAS CLEAN!!! Driving from Memphis with four boys is rough..but it was all worth it when we arrived and it was clean and ready to go!! The owner was great to work with us. The unit had so much space. Loved having carpet instead of tile everywhere. We will stay here again. I just wish I owned one myself.... Thanks for making it worth the drive!! :)

We stayed at Sandestin and the Luau condo last week and it was wonderful. The Sandestin resort is the place to stay in Destin and I was extremely pleased with the condo. The condo is very spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. The layout is also great. We also appreciated that we had linens, towels, hand soap, dishwashing soap and laundry soap there in the condo when we arrived. The condo was extremely quiet and it was so nice to sit out on the balconies. The Luau pool is very nice and it is just a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and found it really useful when driving around the beachside or going over to the wharf for shopping and dining. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this resort and this condo and will definitely come back to destin and stay here again.

We have been going to the SanDestin resort for the last 15 years. My in-laws from Pittsburgh were coming to visit so we decided to take a quick, last minute trip. We stayed at the Luau and it was wonderful. We loved the views (especially the sunset)from the balconies. The condo was very spacious and clean, the layout was great. Having the golf cart was very helpful in getting to the beach. The beach was beautiful as it always is. The SanDestin Resort is the only place we stay when we go to the Destin area and now the Luau will be on the top of our list.

This unit is very large with each bedroom very spacious and not close to each other. Our girls stayed in the lockout room & they felt like it was their own apartment! The main balcony is awesome with a great view and the other balcony is off the master bedroom which is in the main condo. Pool is great with plenty of chairs. The beach was crowded. No condiments available. Overall, a fantastic condo and pool!

The view from this unit is priceless and the unit is the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in. you feel like you are in paradise with all the comforts of home. At night the balcony is the best place to view the fireworks. The kids love the pool with its waterfall and will play in it all day. The beach is a short walk away and its breathtaking. The owners are wonderful people and I highly recommend getting the golf cart it was a blast. We were able to ride the entire property and use the golf cart all week. This unit and Sandestin is now a yearly tradition with out a doubt.

My boyfriend and I have stayed in this unit with a friend, and we loved it! We loved that the master bedroom had a separate balcony, but we could also hang out with our friend on the large balcony off the living room. We loved the layout of the unit, plenty of room for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again. We love the pool and Jacuzzi at the Luau, and the close walk to the ocean. This is our first choice when staying in Sandestin!
