From its fully equipped kitchen to its open dining/living room floor plan, this home easily accommodates two families and is perfect for family reunions. The unique architecturally designed stone fireplace and built in flat screen TV. create a warm inviting environment for casual entertaining.
The kitchen is on the main level. Cuisinart, blender, coffee maker, it's all here and ready for someone who loves to cook! Beyond the kitchen, look toward the dining area, great room and large windows with views of Martis Valley. The master suite is on the main level as well, offering privacy and forest views from both windows. Downstairs offers a second suite and three more bedrooms.
There is a smaller deck in front, perfect for morning coffee and watching the kids play, and a large deck at the back of the house with gas bar-b-q, two dining tables and Adirondack chairs for enjoying fabulous mountain sunsets.

Our family atayed in this home for 4 nights in January. We had a wonderful time and the house was big enough for our family of four, another family of four, and my mother and sister in law. The shuttle picks you up quickly to take you to the resort and dropps you off right in front. Most of the time, we never waited more than a few minutes. The house was very comfortable. The heating worked well throughout the house. We would love to go back again sometime.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Years 2010. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is very spacious. There is a covered garage that fits one car and the driveway could fit 4 more. The main level has a nice kitchen, beautiful dining room table and nice TV and couch for lounging after skiing. The master bedroom is big with a really nice full bath. Downstairs there are 2 1/2 baths and 4 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are a good size and it's nice and quiet. The house is on a culdesac which is nice if you have kids that might be playing in the street. It was so great staying within the resort because you could call an automated number and within 10 minutes a shuttle would be at your door to take you to the Village. Also there area bunch of hiking trails within walking distance of the home. I would definitely stay there again.

What a spectacular home! The layout is idea for families with the master bedroom conveniently upstairs and other bedrooms downstairs. Great for families or several couples. The owners are immaculate, paying attention to every detail, all done in great taste. It's like a five star resort. We loved our stay and plan to return. Thanks so much.

This costome Northstar home as it all. Minutes from the golf course, ski resort, Truckee, and Donner Lake. Our family enjoys coming here during all seasons. The spacious layout and charming rooms lend privacy to one or more families. and the beautifully decorated kitchen and family room, makes it fun to cook and relax!

This was the perfect house for our family's mountain vacation. The open kitchen and family room were great for enjoying a large group...made eating in a pleasure, So comfortable, we skipped a day of skiing just to hang out "at home". A beautiful house in a great location. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Northstar home. The bedroom layout is great for families with kids, the yard is great for snowplay, and the kitchen is modern and well-stocked. The shuttle to the village picks up at the front door. Very nice. We will definitely return!

Fantastic home. Open family room, dining area kitchen for big group activities. Bedrooms all have enough space; the beds had great matresses and cozy bedding. Big enough for a nice big group or a couple families. I hope we are able to stay here again next year.
