The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is within walking distance. The Ocean Condo sits against the Atlantic Ocean and is only steps from the Indian River Lagoon.

Also in the immediate area is a county park with fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming, and shrimping available in the State of Florida.
