Location,location,location. Our home is just a short stroll away from Times Square, beach, bay, shopping, dining, nightly entertainment; yet at the end of a very quiet street. There is a covered "gazebo" located on an oversize deck on the canal to fish from or daydream. Heated pool is set within tropical plantings to make it your own private oasis. Music is set up to play with speakers outside near pool area; separate volume controls for noise levels in & out. Manatee and dolphins sometimes frequent up our canal from the back bay area. Also, at the back bay opening dolphins can be watched from the end of our dock playing. The Edison Ford Winter Estates are about 15-25 minutes away and the same for getting to the Miracles ballfield (Minnesota's AAA club). Very easy access on and off island just at the other end of our street. Property address is 800 Third Street.
Quaint, updated, canal-front cottage. Powder soft sand and sunsets await; don't hesitate.
