Welcome to family-friendly Indian Rocks Beach! When you enter the living room of this lovely condo, you'll know exactly why you're here - put up your feet, relax and soak in the breathtaking 180-degree gulf front view. Whether you are inside or out on the well-appointed balcony, you will be surrounded by the sight and sound of the Gulf of Mexico. Because of the unique location of this intimate 4-unit building, every room in the condo has a view of the water.
There's plenty of space to spread out in the 1600 square feet at your disposal. The well-stocked kitchen has all you'll need to prepare anything from morning coffee and toast to a gourmet supper. The dining area seats 11 comfortably - 6 at the table and 5 more at the breakfast bar. The spacious balcony is wide enough to accommodate an additional table for 4 (as well as 2 chaise lounges) and is perfect for enjoying evening meals at sunset. If a break from meal preparation is part of your vacation plans, try one of our fantastic local restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. A welcome pack of coffee and teas will help get the first morning of your beach vacation off to a great start!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with deluxe mattress and linens, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with separate water closet and twin vanities. Spa quality toiletries, a hair dryer and magnifying make-up mirror complete the master bath's amenities. The second bedroom sleeps 4 (in 2 sets of bunk beds), while the third features another queen-sized bed with deluxe mattress. For larger groups, there is also a very comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room equipped with an upgraded natural latex mattress. Cable television is available in three areas -- the living room, the master and the third bedroom.
Access to the heated pool is straight out the balcony door and down the spiral staircase. Walk past the pool and you're on the beach! Beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys for the children are all provided. When a respite from the sun is desired, a Play Station 2 game system and a variety of family-friendly video games, books and movies provide an alternate entertainment option to the beach. Wireless internet access and an in-unit washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.

Had our family together at this place for first time in 5 yrs. All agree it was a fun time and nice place to stay. If I need a condo this large again, I would not hesitate to rent it again. Nice pool, GREAT view of the Gulf. As good as any place I have stayed on the beach and much better than most.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Loved it! Our two families stayed here for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer. I have gone to Florida for several years in this area and this was my favorite condo. Susan was very helpful with any needs and the condo was very comfortable for 8. You couldn't ask for more with only 4 units in the entire complex and Guppy's, an amazing restaurant is only 2 blocks away! We'll definitely be back…….Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved it so much last year, we came back again this year and will be coming again next year, but longer this time. Beautiful Condo, just like the pictures and sooo clean. Everything is there for you. The location is perfect. Highly recommend, you will be so happy. Just don't plan on visiting Mid May as I will be there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My Wife, 1 Year Old, and 3 Year Old had a great time. The Condo is great and there are plenty of toys, games, etc for the kids. I spent my free moments fishing in the gulf and caught quite a few fish. There are actually a few rods without reels in the storage area so if you bring a reel you should be good to go. Anyways its a great place and Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice town. Make sure to eat at Keegans and get some ice cream at the Kooky Coconut.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

An awesome place to stay. It was exactly as the beautiful photos protrayed it. The home included everything we needed to make our stay most pleasant and enjoyable. Our October getaway was fatastic. We so enjoyed our stay here, we were sad to leave after 7 days! The condo is so well furnished and stocked; truly a "home away from home" feel. Immaculate, organized and accomodating....and the view can best be described as "beautiful serenity". Susan is so hospitable and wonderful to work with to make arrangements. This place is Perfect. Perfect Condo, Perfect Location, Perfect decor, Perfect Amenities. What else can I say. I have been going to Florida every May for years, have been in other Condos and cottages on the beach, Indian Rock, Indian Shores, Maderia and this is by far the most Perfect place. Our family of 6, and Grandma, stayed at this fabulous condo right on the beach! The owners are very friendly and accomodating; the furnishings are comfortable, newer, and family friendly; the pool is heated and well maintained; and, the location in Indian Rocks Beach can't be beat! Our family of five (including 3 kids under the age of 5) stayed at Susan's wonderful condo for a week in early March, and it was fantastic! The unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from cooking utensils and supplies to so many books, games, towels, beach toys, etc. The condo is very spacious and clean, great for children of any age. Our kids loved the pool and loved being able to walk down the steps and onto the beautiful beach, which was very kid-friendly and quiet with plenty of room for them to roam. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including a few within walking distance. Plus the St. Pete/Clearwater airport is only 20 minutes away, with downtown Tampa (check out the Lowry Zoo and Glazer Children's Museum!) only a 40 minute drive. And Clearwater is only about 10 minutes north. Susan is great to work with, quick to respond to our many questions, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We definitely hope to come back in the future. Thanks for a great family vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
