Welcome to family-friendly Indian Rocks Beach! When you enter the living room of this lovely condo, you'll know exactly why you're here - put up your feet, relax and soak in the breathtaking 180-degree gulf front view. Whether you are inside or out on the well-appointed balcony, you will be surrounded by the sight and sound of the Gulf of Mexico. Because of the unique location of this intimate 4-unit building, every room in the condo has a view of the water.
There's plenty of space to spread out in the 1600 square feet at your disposal. The well-stocked kitchen has all you'll need to prepare anything from morning coffee and toast to a gourmet supper. The dining area seats 11 comfortably - 6 at the table and 5 more at the breakfast bar. The spacious balcony is wide enough to accommodate an additional table for 4 (as well as 2 lounge chairs with an ottoman) and is perfect for enjoying evening meals at sunset. If a break from meal preparation is part of your vacation plans, try one of our fantastic local restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. A welcome pack of coffee and teas will help get the first morning of your beach vacation off to a great start!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with deluxe mattress and linens, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with separate water closet and twin vanities. Spa quality toiletries, a hair dryer and magnifying make-up mirror complete the master bath's amenities. The second bedroom sleeps 4 (in 2 sets of bunk beds), while the third features another queen-sized bed with deluxe mattress. For larger groups, there is also a very comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room equipped with an upgraded natural latex mattress. Cable television is available in three areas -- the living room, the master and the third bedroom.
Access to the heated pool is straight out the balcony door and down the spiral staircase. Walk past the pool and you're on the beach! Beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys for the children are all provided. When a respite from the sun is desired, a Play Station 2 game system and a variety of family-friendly video games, books and movies provide an alternate entertainment option to the beach. Wireless internet access and an in-unit washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.
