My Wife, 1 Year Old, and 3 Year Old had a great time. The Condo is great and there are plenty of toys, games, etc for the kids. I spent my free moments fishing in the gulf and caught quite a few fish. There are actually a few rods without reels in the storage area so if you bring a reel you should be good to go. Anyways its a great place and Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice town. Make sure to eat at Keegans and get some ice cream at the Kooky Coconut.

An awesome place to stay. It was exactly as the beautiful photos protrayed it. The home included everything we needed to make our stay most pleasant and enjoyable. Our October getaway was fatastic. We so enjoyed our stay here, we were sad to leave after 7 days! The condo is so well furnished and stocked; truly a "home away from home" feel. Immaculate, organized and accomodating....and the view can best be described as "beautiful serenity". Susan is so hospitable and wonderful to work with to make arrangements. THANK YOU for having such a great place.....we will DEFINITELY be back!

This place is Perfect. Perfect Condo, Perfect Location, Perfect decor, Perfect Amenities. What else can I say. I have been going to Florida every May for years, have been in other Condos and cottages on the beach, Indian Rock, Indian Shores, Maderia and this is by far the most Perfect place. Can't Wait to Go Back!!!

Our family of five (including 3 kids under the age of 5) stayed at Susan's wonderful condo for a week in early March, and it was fantastic! The unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from cooking utensils and supplies to so many books, games, towels, beach toys, etc. The condo is very spacious and clean, great for children of any age. Our kids loved the pool and loved being able to walk down the steps and onto the beautiful beach, which was very kid-friendly and quiet with plenty of room for them to roam. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including a few within walking distance. Plus the St. Pete/Clearwater airport is only 20 minutes away, with downtown Tampa (check out the Lowry Zoo and Glazer Children's Museum!) only a 40 minute drive. And Clearwater is only about 10 minutes north. Susan is great to work with, quick to respond to our many questions, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We definitely hope to come back in the future. Thanks for a great family vacation!

PERFECT family vacation

We just got back from a week with our family including SIX children and had the greatest time. The condo is AMAZING! Right on the beach and with a pool on the beach as it shows! There is a bakery and deli walking distance that we loved. We LOVED PJ's Oyster Bar in Indian Rocks. The room with the two sets of bunk beds was so fun for the kids and the bathrooms were perfect for all of us. The condo was so nice and clean, thank you Susan and your family for sharing it, we hope to see you again! Half of our group had been to Indian Rocks two times before and this is the best place they have stayed, truly felt like we were home at this condo!

Our family of 6, and Grandma, stayed at this fabulous condo right on the beach! The owners are very friendly and accomodating; the furnishings are comfortable, newer, and family friendly; the pool is heated and well maintained; and, the location in Indian Rocks Beach can't be beat! We'll be back!

The only thing I would want to change next time is the length of time I stay...it seemed to go by so quickly. After coming to the Tampa / Clearwater area for many years and renting at different locations along the Gulf Coast this is by far one of the best places I've stayed. The pool, amenities in the condo, and the Gulf beach were great. The property is well maintained and very clean and is exactly as depicted in the photos. The owner, Susan, was more than helpful when it came to answering questions and getting any paperwork taken care of. Hope to be back soon!!!!

great family vacation

We arrived on July 24th and we very sad to leave 2 weeks later. It was spacious and comfortable and the view was magnificient. We loved staying there and would recommand it to all our family and friends. It was close to everything with many choices of great restaurants near by. Because the kitchen was fully equiped, we cooked most of the time and also enjoyed the bbq. Our 2 favorite restaurants were Guppy's and Los Mexicanos. For desert, do NOT get tempted by the Parisian bakery near by. Her service was despicable and no word can describe her cakes and croissants! Instead head to cold stone ice cream! Thank you Susan and hope to see you next year!

Great Retreat!

This condo was the perfect retreat! It had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. Right on the beach with all the amenities of home. The owner is VERY easy to work with and made sure that our stay was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and luxurious linens. The kitchen is well stocked, including spices etc. You don't even need to bring your own beach towel! Plenty of great restarants within walking distance. The beach is right outside your door and the sunsets are spectacular! Well worth renting, can't wait to come back again! Thanks Susan, you're the best!

Family Time

Our week long vacation was fabulous. Our family (2 adults & 2 young children) has been vacationing at IRB for 6 years and this is the first condo we have found that we would like to return to. Photos depict the condo perfectly-clean, spacious and organized. I valued the fact that there are quality linens on comfortable beds, ample beach and bath towels, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. There was even a vase for my Mother’s Day flowers… The balcony has plenty of space for everyone with comfy seating; we spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery-beautiful. IRB has a multitude of restaurants, some of the kids favorites are PJ’s (there is a real parrot and rolls of paper towels on hangers dangling from the ceiling), Jimmy Iguanas (live music most nights). For adults, The Bone Fish Grill, and Columbia are great! Can't wait till next year.

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!

We stayed at this lovely condo in April of 2010 with grandparents and our 6 month old and we couldn't have asked for more. We've rented several houses/condos through VRBO and this was by far the best. The location is perfect, away from the busy tourist sections but a quick drive when wanting the excitement, great little local eateries well within walking distance (we love Pinky's for ice cream!). We loved being oceanfront and spent many hours on the lanai overlooking the beach and we spent just as much time in the fabulous pool area as we did on the beach! The perfect place for a relaxing vacation, especially with a little one, and all interactions with Susan were a pleasure. We're already planning our return!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we appreciated the heated pool on the days it was too cool to swim in the Gulf. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and it was a short car ride to several tourist attractions, shopping and baseball games. It was a pleasure communicating with Susan to make the arrangements.

My family and I had the best time. This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Every room is very spacious and decorated nicely. Everything we needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was breathtaking. the pool is a good size and is heated if needed. The sunsets are very relaxing and calming. The condo is very clean and the washer and dryer were very convenient to be included as part of the condo. This condo is near grocery stores, local attractions and restaurants. The location is a plus. My family will have beautiful memories of our stay at this wonderful beachfront condo. We plan to rent this gorgeous beachfront condo again and again.

We spent a fabulous 2 week vacation in April 2009. Weather was fabulous. Condo is perfect - nicely laid out and very clean. Master bedroom is spectacular. Susan was very helpful - we had a small issue with a TV and she replaced it the next day. We are returning in 2011 and can't wait!

This condo was everything it said it was. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed vacation in a not so busy beach town. We appreciated when we took long walks there weren't huge hotels blocking the view...just beautiful beach houses and condos to dream about owning one day. The condo is very well stocked and maintained. Bringing 2 children, we used many beach towels daily and never ran out. Interacting with the locals in the evening during sunsets and fishing was an added bonus!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo in June 2009. Not only was this condo decorated beautifully, it was so comfortable and clean! It was obvious that the owners love their property and that many wonderful memories have been made here. The beds were amazingly comfortable! I have four daughters who are pretty picky about places we stay and they absolutely loved staying here. We had 10 people in our party who all said the same thing, they would come back here in a heart beat. The condo, the pool and the ocean just steps away made this a perfect vacation experience!

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our 2 young children and it had everything that we wanted/needed and more! The location is great with many restaurants and stores close by. The condo is very spacious and decorated so beautifully. Susan did a great job of making us feel at home. There were toys and books, beach towels and chairs, a fully supplied kitchen and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the sunets from. The beach is just steps out the door and the heated pool was a great hit with our kids!!! This is the perfect place to stay if you want to just go and relax!

This is a beautiful, well kept property. We have rented at Indian Rocks/Indian Shores for many years and this is one of the nicest properties we have enjoyed. It's the most "home-like" unit that we have rented. Good choice.
