Property description

This is a wonderful apartment with a living room which has fantastic of Holyrood Park and views which stretch down the east coast.

Being only a couple of minutes walk from the Royal Mile there is lots to see and do in the area. Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament are less than 5 minutes walk and Princes Street and the Castle are within easy walking distance. Salisbury Crags and Arthur’s Seat close by and from the top of either you have some of the best views of the city. For those who don't wish to walk the city tour bus leaves from just outside the apartment block.

This part of the Royal Mile has many good restaurants so there's no excuse to stay in and cook. It's a great place to spend time even if you don't want to go out and enjoy Edinburgh.

The beds are very comfortable and covered with crisp cotton sheets. There are ample fluffy white towels in the cupboard and hair dryers for your use.

It feels like home away from home and with the Wifi you can keep in touch with work or friends and family if you want to.

Secure parking is available in the apartment block.

About the owner: I've lived in and around Edinburgh all my life. It's a wonderful city and just gets better and better. I used to rent out self-catering cottages in East Lothian but since moving to Edinburgh with my family we have bought a couple of apartments in the Old Town which we rent out. I studied design at college so enjoy decorating and furnishing of the properties. We've meet some great people who've come to stay from all over the world and made lots of new friends.

Why the Owner Chose Edinburgh:
The apartment is in a brilliant part of the city, very close to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Park. The views are wonderful and the amount of sunlight just makes you feel good. You can sit and watch the city and enjoy it even when it's wet outside. It's a very easy apartment to live in. There's a lift and secure parking and everything here you should need and it's a lovely place to come home to at the end of a busy day.
