It is located in a private cove with little boat traffic, ideal for swimming and fishing. BRAND NEW-LaPrades Marina is a short distance away with year-round boat rentals, the dock has 2 boat slips available (one covered)for your use during your stay! LaPrades Marina also features 3 eateries including one fine dining restaurant.
This lake house is the perfect place to escape to any time of the year! (and don't worry, you wont miss the big game, satellite tv included!)
