Located at the South end, Crescent Beach area of Marco Island, this beachfront unit provides an un-paralleled view of the Gulf of Mexico from all living areas. It is on the fourth floor of a ten-story building. Both the master bedroom and living rooms have balconies that directly face the ocean.

Leave your sliding glass door in the bedroom open and listen to the waves hit the beach all night! Patio furniture is provided to enjoy the warm Marco sunshine, spectacular sunsets and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and has Corian counter tops.

This unit was just remodeled with new kitchen and bath. It is one of only a few beachfront condominiums offering weekly rentals. It is tastefully decorated throughout.

Our Somerset condominium features two bedrooms. One is furnished with a king bed and a full private bath with a separate make up area. It has its own private lanai providing views of the Gulf. The second bedroom is furnished with a two twin beds with a private full bath. Cable TV throughout. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

A fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar area, a formal dining area and a living room with TV, DVD player and iPod speakers provide all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. FREE BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS.

The condominium complex is beautiful. It has landscaped tropical gardens, two heated pools, two tennis courts, covered parking, and a beautiful white sand beach just steps away. Many restaurants, shopping and theater are within walking distance.

Marco Island is the largest of Southwest Florida's 10,000 Islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been described as magical, mystical and alluring or just plain paradise. The island is six miles long and four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. Naples is just a short 20 minute drive. The attraction to the Island is the spectacular sunsets, white sandy beaches, tropical island ambiance, and a very casual laid back life style.

There is much to explore on Marco and the surrounding Islands. Bird watchers will love to see Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, and Herons. Fisherman will love the abundant Snook, Snapper, Grouper, etc. Sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees are also abundant and easy to see. So no matter what you are looking for in a sunny vacation spot you will find it here in our little corner of paradise!

You are within walking distance of the Marriott and Hilton hotels. Great restaurants include Marek’s, Arturos and the Blue Heron. Stilts is a new beachfront restaurant in the Marriott time share (the old Radisson). More casual and fun for the kids are Cocomo’s and The Snook Inn. You must visit Stan's on a Sunday morning on Goodland.

  • We loved our stay in this condo. It is very clean,spacious and updated. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony daily. My kids loved the pool and tennis courts.We even saw turtles hatching one night, it was an amazing experience for all of us. We will definetly book again next year!

  • We absolutely loved this condo...highly recommend for a family. We have a 2 year old son and it was perfect. Pool was great, locked & secure condo community and right on the beach. Newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen made it nice. FYI...no bathtubs so my son learned to take his first shower. Not a big deal though. We liked the front porch to drop off sand toys, chairs, etc. so you didn't track them through the condo. The balcony looking out to the ocean was spacious too. We'll definitely be back soon.

  • This condo is fabulous! We rented in March and had a great time. Location is perfect...within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Pools are nice, they are salt water and kept very warm. Condo was well equipped with all the necessities. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!
