Located at the South end, Crescent Beach area of Marco Island, this beachfront unit provides an un-paralleled view of the Gulf of Mexico from all living areas. It is on the fourth floor of a ten-story building. Both the master bedroom and living rooms have balconies that directly face the ocean.

Leave your sliding glass door in the bedroom open and listen to the waves hit the beach all night! Patio furniture is provided to enjoy the warm Marco sunshine, spectacular sunsets and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and has Corian counter tops.
This unit was just remodeled with new kitchen and bath. It is one of only a few beachfront condominiums offering weekly rentals. It is tastefully decorated throughout.
Our Somerset condominium features two bedrooms. One is furnished with a king bed and a full private bath with a separate make up area. It has its own private lanai providing views of the Gulf. The second bedroom is furnished with a two twin beds with a private full bath. Cable TV throughout. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels, including beach towels, are provided.
A fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar area, a formal dining area and a living room with TV, DVD player and iPod speakers provide all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. FREE BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS.
The condominium complex is beautiful. It has landscaped tropical gardens, two heated pools, two tennis courts, covered parking, and a beautiful white sand beach just steps away. Many restaurants, shopping and theater are within walking distance.
Marco Island is the largest of Southwest Florida's 10,000 Islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been described as magical, mystical and alluring or just plain paradise. The island is six miles long and four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. Naples is just a short 20 minute drive. The attraction to the Island is the spectacular sunsets, white sandy beaches, tropical island ambiance, and a very casual laid back life style.
There is much to explore on Marco and the surrounding Islands. Bird watchers will love to see Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, and Herons. Fisherman will love the abundant Snook, Snapper, Grouper, etc. Sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees are also abundant and easy to see. So no matter what you are looking for in a sunny vacation spot you will find it here in our little corner of paradise!
You are within walking distance of the Marriott and Hilton hotels. Great restaurants include Island Cafe, Marek’s, Arturos and the Blue Heron. Stilts is a new beachfront restaurant in the Marriott time share (the old Radisson). More casual and fun for the kids are Cocomo’s and The Snook Inn. Red Rooster or Hoots are the best for breakfast. You must visit Stan's on a Sunday morning on Goodland.

This unit was nicely updated and well maintained. The views are amazing - my favorite part of our stay was relaxing on the large lanai. The owner is pleasant to deal with and very attentive to the renter's questions or needs. The Somerset complex itself is quiet and beautifully landscaped.

Immaculate unit, great location, beautiful sunsets! We love Marco and especially Tom's units in the Somerset. We have stayed in several different condos on the beach but this unit has the best of everything! Weather you are traveling as a couple, girls getaway, guys fishing/golfing trip or with your young family, we would recommend this unit highly.

This spacious condo is an absolute gem! Everything was clean and well-maintained. Tom was very helpful in answering every question I had. I will for sure recommend this property to friends and family. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We enjoyed the barbeque area at the pool, as well as eating out at the "SNOOK INN" restaurant.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

The condo was all we expected and more. Very comfortable, nice amenities and stunning views of Crescent Beach. Dolphins swim by early morning and early evening like clockwork. Stunning views of the sunset on the spacious balcony. Steps to the beach with all beach gear (chairs, umbrella, floats etc) easily accesible in ground floor storage bin. Two saltwater pools on the property well maintained and quiet. Charcoal grills also available near pool areas..took advantage of that a few times. The grounds at Somerset are exceptionally maintained and look like a true tropical paradise. Tom was excellent to deal with. He answered all questions and provided info on fishing and golf. The only downside was the vacation had to end but we will definitely return.

When we find somewhere this nice we like to keep it to ourselves but Tom's units are too nice and we can't be selfish others should have the chance to enjoy the comfort and beauty of his units the views are breathtaking from the spacious balcony and the living quarters are fantastic.We have stayed in many other condo's on the island and none can compare to the Somerset. Walking distance to many fine beach resturants and a place for a cold refreshment. Shore fishing is great.We'll be back again!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful unit this August. We have stayed at the Somerset many times , but this is the nicest unit we have rented. The unit has tile thoughout and the kitchen has been nicely renovated. The building is great and has fabulous beach views. We look foward to our return to Marco Island next year and will definately rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time - just got back home today. Weather was beautiful as was the condo. Very clean and nicely updated condo, pictures were exactly the way it looked. Love that everything is gated and needed a key to go just about anywhere -- made us feel very safe.

We had a great time - really enjoyed our stay at the Somerset. The weather was spectacular and beautiful. Every night we watched "the big red ball" (as my 6 year old described it) disappear into the gulf. The condo is perfectly located on the beach and close to the hotels and restaurants. Stan's on Sunday was wild (maybe too much) - nice to people watch. We will be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at your condo this past December. The condo and all of the property is just beautiful and well taken care of. The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean and uncluttered. The balcony offers a fabulous view of the beach, and we spent lots of time here relaxing and enjoying the view, watching the people, birds and dolphins The sunsets are not to be missed!! The swimming pools are saltwater and are very warm and inviting. It was quiet and relaxing. The weather was warm and sunny...perfect for us! Everything was great! Thank you, Tom!
