Why the Owner Chose Montecristo Estates
Love the views, climate, & layout. Montecristo Estates is within the Quivira development containing Ritz Carlton & 2 Jack Nicholas resort & golf courses. Rather than timeshare, this is fractional ownership. We own this unit first half of April and 2nd half of November. Chose these times for spring break & Thanksgiving and school/college kids' schedules.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Fabulous spas at Sunset Beach & adult only Pacifica. Love taking long walks along beach. Beach is relatively private except for Ritzy Pedregal homes & Quivira homesites. Golf discounts for life!

Outstanding! We have rented at Montecristo Estates on previous occasionas and as always, the villa was clean, well maintained and met all of our expectations. Jill was great to rent from as well. She was promt in responding to emails and help to make our arrival and stay as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
