Our conveniently located, fully furnished Green Valley home is ready for you to occupy and enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk-in closet and plenty of space for a reading or office area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.
The living room includes a comfortable couch, a recliner and a leather rocker and ottoman. The adjacent dining room includes a table with seating for six.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and cookwear, appliances, a washer and dryer, and a wooden pub table which seats four in the nook.
The garage has an automatic garage door opener.
Rent includes all utilities and extended cable TV.
