An end unit, our townhouse is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a perfect place to enjoy southern Arizona areas and attractions. Nearby golf courses, recreational centers and scenic and tourist areas are among the numerous activities and places to discover.

Our conveniently located, fully furnished Green Valley home is ready for you to occupy and enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk-in closet and plenty of space for a reading or office area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.

The living room includes a comfortable couch, a recliner and a leather rocker and ottoman. The adjacent dining room includes a table with seating for six.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and cookwear, appliances, a washer and dryer, and a wooden pub table which seats four in the nook.

The garage has an automatic garage door opener.

Rent includes all utilities and extended cable TV.
