Grand Timber Lodge is one of Breckenridge's few premier ski-in and ski-out luxury resorts. This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo consists of a one bedroom unit with full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath with jetted tub, fireplace, balcony, king bed and sofa sleeper (accommodates 4 people in unit), 2 TVs, stereo, 2 telephones, and more; and a studio lock off portion which also sleeps 4 has a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, telephone, queen bed and sofa sleeper. This set-up provides privacy for 2 groups of people if desired and units may be rented partially for smaller parties of up to 4 (please contact me for rates). No daily maid service with the exception of a mid-week towel and linen exchange. Additional maid service is available upon request and at an additional charge. Check-in is guaranteed by 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m.
In-room, high-speed, wireless internet is available at a reasonable daily charge and is free in resort's lobby area. The resort's free shuttle service makes leaving your cars (2 spaces provided for 2 bedroom condo or 1 space for each unit) in the heated garage an option during your stay. For your convenience, a large grocery store is an approximate 5 minute drive from the resort. Plenty of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy in the beautifully decorated downtown area which is just down the hill from the resort. Grand Timber Lodge gives you the feel of "home away from home" and so much more.
