It is one of the best locations for TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT, just a few steps to the American Eagle/American Flyer lifts as well as restaurants, shops and activities in the heart of Copper ….yet very quiet. You can not beat this location!
PLEASE NOTE...THIS UNIT HAS BEEN BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED. THERE IS AN ALL NEW KITCHEN WITH HICKORY CABINETS,STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES AND GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. THE BATH HAS A NEW DOUBLE BOWL VANITY LOCATED OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM. ENJOY ALL NEW FLOORING, PAINT, AND KNOTTY ALDER WOOD DOORS/TRIM. The large bedroom has recently been divided by a privacy wall to provide TWO separate sleeping areas. The master has a new king bed, TV, DVD, nice closet and is located next to the bath. The additional sleeping area has a queen bed and a balcony with spectacular views of the sky chutes.
Enjoy the stone gas fireplace in the living room which has a sofa (queen) sleeper and a love seat (twin) sleeper. There is a new 37” TV and DVD player and a desk and free wireless internet. Our large fully equipped kitchen is great for all your meal preparation including an electric griddle for making a hearty breakfast, and a crock pot for your quick lunches.
Spruce has private underground parking, a common Jacuzzi and a laundry room available in the building. There is a common deck at the ground level with a grill and table/seating available.
Not only is Copper Mountain one of the best and least crowded resorts for skiing/snowboarding, it is also a DELIGHTFUL DESTINATION for that SPRING, SUMMER AND AUTUMN VACATION! You can ride the FREE Summit Stage bus service which connects to nearby resorts and places of interest (Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone to name a few). Copper's central location just off I-70 Highway makes exploring beautiful Colorado easy.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING OUR FEES: The $65.00 cleaning fee will charged on all stays 6 nights or less. There is a minimum stay of 2 (3 during peak/holiday) nights. The refundable deposit of $200.00 is due at time of reservation and will be returned within a few days after the unit is vacated and found to be in satisfactory condition. 50% of the total rental amount (includes cleaning and taxes)is due at time of booking or no later than 60 days prior stay. The balance shall be paid no later than 30 days prior scheduled stay. Refunds can not be made unless unit is re-rented.
