Why the Owner Chose Victoria Park
I decided to purchase this property for it's location in Victoria Park one of Fort Lauderdales best neighborhoods. Villa Luka is a short walk to Las Olas BLVD and only 1 mile to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and yet so close to all Fort Lauderdale offers. The property is 5 min to downtown, 5 min. to 3 major hospitals, 5 min. to up-scale grocery shopping as well as art & fashion. The Galleria Mall is 5 min. away as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House
PEACE & QUIET! The only sounds are from the kindergarten children playing several blocks away and the flocks of parrots that fly overhead.

Hi I am a designer by trade both interior & exterior. I bought this charming Victoria Park cottage in 2000. In 2005 the house was expanded to 2600 square ft. to include a 20'X20' master bedroom with 18' Pagoda ceiling. The original master bedroom became a luxurious master bath. There are several sets of French Doors that open to the pool patio and the marble flower filled outdoor shower! The garage was enclosed into the living area and is now a fabulous kitchen with Viking appliances and Cypress cabinetry. The property has two fountains and a Coi pool, the gardens are lush and filled with flowering plants and vines. 10 towering Royal Palms encircle the pool patio. The front gargen has an Asian feel with 30' black bamboo.
The original part of the house was completely redone in 2005 as well, using Cypress & marble flooring as well as handpainted canvas wallcovering. The property was renamed Villa Luka after the renovation work and has been featured in several national & international Magazines.
