My wife and I just spent five days at Francine's Due South condo in Sans Souci and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully appointed and has everything that you'll need for your beach vacation. Francine made the check-in / check-out process easy. We will definitely be back again.

Thank you Neal family for sharing your lovely condo with us. This is a very Large one bedroom with 1.5 baths, 2 couches with one fold out bed. Very very clean & modern decor. This unit has everything you might need for your vacation. Full kitchen, pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, large frig. Nice beach chairs & very nice large umbrella provide a great day @ the beach. Large flat screen tv in living room & bedroom also has a large tv. Free Wi-Fi & DVD player. Lots of DVDs & board games to choose from for nightly fun. Awesome gulf front views from the spacious balcony. Covered parking, down the elevator & straight to the beach in just a few steps! We had a wonderful stay here & plan to rent in the future!! A+++ 5 stars

The condo was furnishished well, both for one's comfort inside and and also nice extras for the beach. Can't say enough thanks for the beach "gear". It made it all so easy to enjoy a day on the beach. Very relaxing. I loved the condo location. We parked the car in garage and rarely drove. Great to have Peg Legs close and the quick store. We viewed dolphins from the patio many times. It was also a great surprise to watch the Blue Angels 3 days in a row! I would highly recommend Cpt. Baz if you are a fisherman. Wish I had stayed for a longer period and will definately return.

Recently stayed in this beautiful condo. Clean, peaceful. Kudos to the decorator to giving that great at the beach feeling without being cheesy ! :) Each piece of furniture compliments the other, the wall colors and artwork as well as the special touch of the bead board wainscot. Kitchen has everything you could ever need including a variety of spices. The balcony off the living room offer a beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf water and beach. Minutes to the beach via the elevator to the wooden walk over. Covered parking. New beach chairs, large beach umbrella and long handled crab net. Comfortable couches and bed. Adirondack chairs on the balcony, nice. Large wood table for meals, games. Free WiFi. Large condo for a one bedroom. The photos accurately reflect the condo's appearance. Owner very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. In walking distance to restaurant and convenience store across the street. A+, 5 Stars !!

My husband and I stayed at Due South Condo for our 13th anniversary. The rental process was seamless and the owner was super nice and helpful with every detail. The view is beautiful..we watched dolphins play in the surf every morning. The owner has thought of everything when it to comes to stocking the condo..beach towles,chair,umbrella,cooler..everything. There is also a book full of local restaurant menus and things to do and see in the Pensacola area-so helpful! The decor is absolutely gorgeous..not like some condos that have cheesy wicker furniture and gaudy beach decor. Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant is directly across the street. Great burgers and seafood. Convenience store is directly across street also..well stocked with anything you may have forgotten to pack. They also have fresh Krispy Kreme donuts every morning! We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to experience a beautiful, relaxing beach vacation.

We wanted to take a moment and give our recommendation to stay in this Condo. This place is so nice that it is hard for the photos and write up to show how complete this condo is. The furniture is so nice, totally not what you would expect in a rental unit. Everything you would want at a beach condo is here...even chairs, cooler and an umbrella. This condo is the perfect place for our family to vacation and we will be back again. Our visit just happened to be the week the BP oil spill arrived in Pensacola Beach. With the pool and other events in region such as visiting a practice of the Navy Blue Angles or driving to Fort Walton Beach to visit the Gulfarium, there is a lot a family can do. Lastly and most important for someone thinking of renting this condo is the professionalism Francine & Neal showed us during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was a great time.

My husband and I just returned from a very relaxing week at "Due South". The pictures online do not do the property justice. It is beautiful and much larger than the pictures portray. Francine & Neal have done an outstanding job furninshing the condo - and even have included some of the extras that you need for a week at the beach. I loved that they had chairs and an umbrella available for use on the beach, and they even had an oversized bag to help you tote your goodies. The reservation process was seamless, and they were extremely accomodating. We loved that there was a restaurant right accross the street - Peg Leg Petes. They have a great menu, and they had live music every night in the 'Underwhere Bar" downstairs. Great atmosphere! We will most definately be staying in Due South again, and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway to the beach.
