We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) This stunning one bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is professionally decorated and has recent updates including fresh paint, a new pillowtop mattress for a peaceful nights sleep, and new living room furniture. There are flatscreen TVS & DVD players in the living room and the bedroom.
VIEWS: *** (3 Stars) From the balcony, you will see snow-covered mountains. This condo faces away from the village, so you will enjoy the peace and quiet from the balcony. From the living room and master bedroom windows, you can also see views of the mountains.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 Stars) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building.
You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the 1st floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
DON'T RENT OTHER CONDOS THAT CHARGE $4.95 PER HOUR OR $9.95 PER DAY FOR WI-FI. THIS CONDO HAS FREE WI-FI.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Silver Mill
River Run Village is the newest area of Keystone and festivals and events are just steps away from Silver Mill. It is walking distance (100 yards) to the new, high-speed gondola, and the building has free heated parking under the building. When I am staying here, I don't have to drive anywhere. Everything I need is just a short walk from the condo.

Our condo has a new, comfortable mattress for a great night's sleep. It is not facing the village, so you will enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay. There is a flatscreen TV and DVD player in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal away from home.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. If you find a comparable condo that is priced lower than ours, upon verification, we will beat the deal you found by $5 per night. To be fair, we must make an apples to apples comparison.
We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: flexible check-in and out times, you don't have to check-in anywhere because we mail you your keycards, parking pass, and detailed driving directions before you leave home, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also only minutes from the resort if you need assistance during your stay.
