UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) This stunning one bedroom, one bathroom condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is professionally decorated and has recent updates including fresh paint, a new pillow top mattress for a peaceful nights sleep, and new living room furniture. There are flatscreen TVS & DVD players in the living room and the bedroom. The carpet was replaced in spring 2010. Free wireless internet is included.
VIEWS: ***** (5 Stars) From the balcony, you will see snow-covered mountains. This condo faces away from the village, so you will enjoy the peace and quiet from the balcony. From the living room and master bedroom windows, you can also see views of the mountains.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 Stars) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building.
You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the first floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
The entire interior of Silver Mill received a remodel in 2010. New flooring, new paint, and new furniture. It is one of the prettiest buildings in Keystone.
NEW FOR 2011: For an additional fee we now offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the NEW iPad 2. Rent one of these amazing devices and let your kids have a blast while you relax. We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or rent them from us.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Silver Mill
River Run Village is the newest area of Keystone and festivals and events are just steps away from Silver Mill. It is walking distance (100 yards) to the new, high-speed gondola, and the building has free heated parking under the building. When I am staying here, I don't have to drive anywhere. Everything I need is just a short walk from the condo.

Great GUYS ski trip. Never seen so much snow. Sure am glad I was visiting and not shoveling. Seriously. This condo was all we needed. It was priced better than we expected. The carpet was new and it has two LCD TV's. You know even us tough guys cannot ski all day for 4 days straight. Being able to kick back and watch TV was most enjoyable.

I love this place! It’s nice to have a quiet balcony, but also be in the heart of the village. Everything is super close and theirs tons of stuff to do. This room worked perfectly for my girlfriend and me, and I’ll definitely try to come back soon.

Clean, beautifully updated, and fantastic location. This condo was a superb landing spot for our January 2009 Keystone ski trip. Would definitely stay here again! We loved that underground parking & WI-FI were included in the price. Short & easy walk to the gondola. Highly recommend!
