First floor is foyer-turret area, living room, dining room, kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and front load stainless washer and dryer! First floor also has two more bedrooms and beautiful new bath! One bedroom has queen & twin bed. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second floor master has KING BED.

La Jolla Shores is flat (not hilly) so it is EZ to walk to beach and thru this gorgeous neighborhood! One block to La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club! EZ access to '5' - without getting stuck in awful village traffic! Get to Torrey Pines Golf Course (see Tiger!), Sea World, Lego Land, Scripps Aquarium, and San Diego Zoo within minutes! OR Don't even get a car - you will be self sufficient in the Shores - fabulous restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, kayak & surf shops, playground on the beach ONLY TWO BLOCKS AWAY! All right there!!
