Grand Timber Lodge is a Five Star Condo Resort with ski-in/ski-out access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Ski access includes 4 mountain peaks, 4 pipes, and a ski school.

A new high-speed quad chair lift has recently opened in Breckenridge with access to Imperial Bowl. It's the highest lift in North America at 12,800 elevation.

Condo offers a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condominium. Sleeps 6 privately or 8 maximum. Includes a living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, dishes, sink, stove, microwave, dishwasher, frig), fireplace, TV with DVD player, a jet bathtub in the master bath, and a balcony.

There are two convertible queen-size fold-out couches to provide four beds. The two bedroom includes a lock-off area with a separate kitchenette, TV/DVD, and bathroom.

There are two indoor/outdoor pools, indoor and large outdoor hot tubs, sauna, on-site arcade, pool tables, restaurant/bar on location, Victorian Day Spa on-site, covered parking in a heated garage. Free shuttle service throughout Breckenridge.

Downtown Breckenridge is within walking distance. There is unique shopping in Breckenridge and an outlet shopping area in a nearby location.
