The Paki Maui is an oceanfront complex that offers guests use of the heated oceanfront Pool, Jacuzzi, and covered gas BBQ area.
There is a lovely seating area for your use, or relax by the ocean in the manicured yard on the lounge chairs, or even better poolside!
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern condo is now available for vacation rental. We feature complimentary WIRELESS internet service directly in the unit so you experience no down time! The modem is located in the living room.
Also for TV fans, we have One Great 37" Flat Screen HDTV & DVD player. This is located in the living room. And not to forget the CD/Stereo MP3/IPOD port. You are all set up for your indoor entertainment.
The kitchen has all new and modern maple cabinets, granite tops, and S/S appliances. The fridge has an ice maker, the dishwasher is full size, and a full size microwave too! The kitchen is also well equipped and stocked - everything you need for the chef's creations, and not to forget use of the outdoor BBQ's at poolside. You will have a feast!
The spacious master bedroom comes complete with California King Size bed, spacious walk-in closet and a private lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and mirrored closet, and lots of space to store your clothes and personal items. We also have a built in "Room Safe" to secure your valuables.
The 2 bathrooms are very modern, fresh and clean and are tiled floor to ceiling, both with roomy glass enclosed showers. We have equipped the condo with state of the art ceiling fans in every room, they cool the condo very quickly and are an alternative for air conditioning.
Sit back relax and open the lanai doors and you will enjoy the cool ocean breeze, which is what oceanfront is all about! Sit out at the table and sip a refreshing tropical drink and watch the whales breach right out front during whale season! it is true.... not a myth. We supply the basic beach items for your use as a guest. 2 Beach bags, beach umbrella, 4 beach towels, 2 beach cooler and 4 beach chairs.

My husband and I recently spent 10 days in Maui and we were so glad we chose this particular condo. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire place was beautifully appointed the amentites were first class. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balconies off the master bedroom and living room looking at the beautiful views. We were able to just close the screens doors and listen to the soothing sounds and smells of the ocean day and night. The ceiling fans kept the condo very comfortable without airconditioning. Every morning we would venture out to the backyard to watch turtles feed by the shore and on occasion were lucky to see humpback whales and dolphins play. We were able to enjoy snorkeling between the small reef beds right in front of the condo (they even provided a snorkel set, beach mats and towels and boogie boards. They had several convenient areas with b-b-q pits and the pool and hot tub were wonderful at the end of our day. We hope to visit Maui again and will certainly plan to rent this condo again. We recommend it highly to anyone who wishes to enjoy accomodations at their best and for very reasonable costs! .

My father reserved this condo for our family of four, and we were very happy. Everything we would need was in the facility except for food. We had an Internet connection, dishes, toiletries, fresh towels, etc. Bonnie, the owner, was easily accessible by phone. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I only called her once when I had questions about setting up Internet access on my computer. The listing description and photos were accurate. When we entered the condo it was cleaned and well-stocked. As for the surrounding area: Lahaina is gorgeous. My mom and I sunbathed just outside the condo every day, and the complex is across from a natural foods market, coffee shop, rental shop and other types of restaurants. I ran outside three times this week, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very safe. The front desk was very helpful in giving us directions to places we wanted to visit. I would love to live in this condo forever, but unfortunately I have to go back to work. The next time I am here I will check out Paki Maui! Thank you, Bonnie! We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay in Maui was fantastic. This condo was very clean. We had amazing views from both decks. Each day we were able to see whales breaching in the distance. The condo featured all of the amenities we could ask for and more. Great location, close to beaches, shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this condo.

We just returned from our stay. The listing was correct and the pictures where spot on. The property was clean and quiet. The property manager was easy to deal with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo. Our condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. My sister and I took our daughters to Maui and stayed in this condo. It was everything we were expecting and more. The view was incredible. The location was perfect for us. Close to shopping, dining and anything else that we needed. We spent every day on the beach and in the pool. The beach area was perfect if you like to snorkel or just enjoy the scenery. We are making plans to go back again. I would highly recommend the Paki Maui.

Just came back from Maui where we stayed for the New Years 2010 holiday. We stayed in this particular condo, and it was an absolute dream. The view is worth millions. There was nothing like sitting on this balcony every morning with my cup of coffee, and watching the dolphins, whales, and turles swim by. The condo has everything any family could need. It was very comfortable, our home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, all we needed to bring was our food. The beds were very comfortable, nice and clean. Again, nothing surpasses this view. I hope that someday we are able to visit Maui again, and this condo will be the first I look to.
