Why the Owner Chose Playa Herradura
There are several reasons we chose this property. First, we love this overall location of the central pacific in CR, as we have traveled to other locales in CR. The Bay Residence is the most unique area of Los Suenos because you can actually hear the surf in addition to the exquisite sunsets. We reside on Martha's Vineyard and are accustomed to a high quality living environment and excellent service and when we travel we like to at least equal or exceed our usual living, this property exceeds our customary living style and will for most people renting it.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
What is most unique in our view is that the rain forest and the ocean meet to create incredible scenery and ambience for whatever activity you wish to do, even a simple thing like relaxing on our lanai, the topic of conversation seems to always reflect on the changing sunset or the beautiful scarlet macaws that have perched on a tree facing the ocean and just the sounds and sights of pelicans and birds when sitting on your private lanai having a cup of fresh costa rican coffee in the morning hours.
In addition, when you wish to have access to restaurants,delivery service,golf,visit an art galleria,fishing or just relax and watch a sporting event at great sports bar, all of this is at your fingertips with little effort. There is plenty to explore off the property as well and the Costa Rican drivers and people are very nice and helpful and you never feel like they are trying to "take advantage" of you as we have experienced on some islands and Mexico.
