In a quiet street and popular neighborhood, close to the Arc de Triomphe and only five minutes away (walking distance) from Trocadero, surrounded by local restaurants and shops, a cozy and spacious one bedroom apartment available for short term rentals.
This newly renovated and redecorated apartment boasts a spacious living room with an open space kitchen. The living room has a spare bed possibility, can easily accommodate six or more people for dinner or lunch, and has a large wide screen TV and WiFi access. A supermarket is conveniently located just down the street as well.
The bathroom has a king size bathtub (a real luxury in Paris!), and the bedroom is nicely separated and quiet. Also, for those who don’t believe in traveling light, the entrance has many closets and the house has various other storage places.
The apartment is ideally located next to the metro and RER (fastest public transportation in Paris). Another real bonus of the location is the apartments’ proximity to the Air France bus service to go to and from Charles de Gaulles airport. Also, the most famous high-end shopping street is right there when you walk out, and the 17th arrondissement of Paris is right opposite to the Arc de Triomphe….ideal for a typical French meal in a city like atmosphere in Paris.
This apartment will accommodate business travelers due to its easy access to La Defense and Montparnasse, as well as its central location and easy way out of the city, and also tourists eager to discover Paris from the heart of it all, the Champs Elysées!
