This property has a lot of room for a large gathering of friends and family. Two floors, where two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor and on the second floor there is a bedroom, bath, living area and full kitchen along with an awesome view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
This Condo is close to the shopping district in Dillon and Silverthorne area where there is a variety of factory outlet stores. You can access the highway to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin Ski Areas in a few seconds.
Our family enjoys this Condo at least once a month and wish we could be up here more often. You will enjoy it at any time during the year. We have found that the summer time is actually as much fun or more so than the winter. Don't get us wrong, we think that skiing and snowboarding are great, but during the summer you can't beat the view, the proximity to the lake and marina, let alone the great restaurants. The bike path goes around the lake and the city of Dillon. You can catch outdoor concerts, a BBQ festival in August, a couple of sailing regattas and many many more activities than just winter skiing.
If the skiing and snowboarding are what you are looking for, then this Condo is perfectly situated so that you can go to four or five resorts within a short amount of time.
Keystone is just a few miles away, Arapahoe basin is just up the hill from Keystone. Breckenridge is around 20 minutes away and Copper Mountain is about the same distance. There is a Free Bus Shuttle Service that has a stop just up the hill from the Condo. Loveland ski area is just on the other side of the Eisenhower Tunnel from Dillon, about 30 minutes away and for those that want to drive to Vail and BeaverCreek we are about 40 minutes away along I-70.
We hope that if you stay with us you enjoy your time here as much as we do every time we come up. We are opening our vacation home to you and your family and friends so that you can have a great time away from a typical resort environment.

- Condo is perfect for large gatherings of friends and family. Parking during busy season can be tight, but the views, accommodations and close proximity to shopping, ski resorts in the winter and boating in the summer makes this a perfect place to spend a few nights or a week. Our family enjoys the condo at least once a month and can't get up here enough. It is only 60 minutes from Denver and you can access most of the ski resorts within 10 minutes, with Keystone being the closest. There is a Free Bus Service that is within a couple of blocks of the Condo. During the Summer it is great, you can fish, Bike, go boating or enjoy the marina which has a tiki bar. In the town of Dillon you have a variety of shopping including outlet malls from Ralph Lauren, J Crew and Coach, among others. There is something for everyone at any time of the year.

Holiday .. Dec 15-Jan 5 .. $229/night, plus cleaning fee of $100.
Winter .. Jan 6- Apr 15 .. $189/night, plus cleaning fee of $100.
Summer & Off Season ...... $119/night, plus cleaning fee of $100.
A Security Deposit will be required of $250 to make reservation.
Deposit will be returned after cleaning inspection and review.
Minimum night stay 3 Nights. Discount for weekly rentals.
These prices are far less than the resort or management company operated
properties. We want to share our condo with people that will come back again.
