From the ELEVENTH FLOOR open your private balcony door and take in the panoramic view of the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. There are 27 miles of pure white sandy beaches just waiting for you to enjoy. The Summit is located next door to both the hottest beach clubs in the South, Club La Vella and The Spinnaker.
Centrally located on Panama City Beach, it is the perfect location for your family vacation. The amenities include two Olympic-size swimming pools (one heated), two children pools, two hot tubs outside, one indoor jacuzzi, exercise rooms with state of the art equipment with two saunas. There is also located on premises a video arcade gameroom, and lighted tennis courts.
The Summit has its own beach service, with chair rentals and jet-ski rentals, along with a Tiki Bar, oyster and snack bar. The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour private security. Entrance into the complex from both the street and the beach is highly controlled.
Within just a five minute drive and most within walking distance, there are many things to do for the whole family. For the children and young at heart, you will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, licensed bungie jumps, several miniature golf parks, bumper cars and numerous go-cart raceways.
The adults will enjoy shopping in strip malls, boutiques, and an indoor mall. There is dinner and gambling cruise ships, open air restaurants, night-clubs, sports facilities, golf courses, fishing charters, sailing charters, water skiing, windsurfing and parasail rides, and fine dining. Within a short drive away there is a quaint sea-side arts village, gigantic Outlet mall, and greyhound racing, with a full poker room.
Our units has over 900 square feet of relaxing space with a paradise atmosphere. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunkbeds built in an alcove in the hallway, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area overlooking the beach.
This large condo will comfortably sleep six people. Both the bedroom and the living area come complete with 2 remote cable TV's, telephones, and Wireless Internet. The kitchen is outfitted and set up for the comforts of the entire family.
