to our privately owned condo, located on 18th floor @ Royal Garden a 'Euro- boutique' Hotel, considered to be the one of the most elegant buildings in Waikiki. It’s called a 'LITTLE JEWEL' by many. Hotel is combination of Wyndham Vacation Resort and privately owned condos. It is rated as four star hotel.
Excellent, nice & quiet, less traffic noise location and yet just ½ a block to buses and trolleys.
Very close to Ala Moana shopping Centre, Convention Centre, Downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Aloha Tower and University.
Walking distance to many ABC stores, International Market Place, Waikiki and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre, restaurants, nightlife and beaches.
De Russy is beautiful, not crowded beach, only 10 minutes easy walk through the beautiful Fort de Russy Park. You can pick-up ripened coconuts, if you are early enough. There is also The Fort de Russy Chapel for those, who would like to attend Sunday morning service.
Nice sandy beach, large grassy area, many palm trees for shade, picnic tables, BBQs, racquetball, volleyball and tennis courts.
A handy snack bar at Hale Koa Hotel, nice clean washrooms beside it with changing stall and foot washer are accessible right off the beach.
Our unit is featuring spectacular views from 18 foot private Lanai:
It has partial ocean view to enjoy every Friday night fireworks display at Hilton Hotel.
It has view of the Ala Wai Canal and sport fields to watch the games and canoe races.
It has also beautiful city and mountains view with rainbow display after the rain.
EXTRA LARGE unit was completely renovated. It has hard wood floor and it is furnished with brand new furniture. A comfortable King size bed with Gel memory foam mattress topper, full size Micro fibre sofa-bed, dining table for four, plenty of dresser storage, 32' flat screen TV, Time Warner Cable, DVD Player, games, Stereo with CD and Radio/Clock.
Unit has FULLY FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN with 20” RANGE with four burners and oven, microwave, two refrigerators, one with large freezer, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice & slow cooker and mixer. All dishes, utensils and cookware are provided. Just everything you need to have a choice to prepare some of your favourite meals or snacks at home.
There is also ironing board and a iron for your convenience. Spare linens are provided.
Bathroom is all marble with shower over tub and hair dryer.
FREE PRIVATE SECURE High speed Internet connection on the room, FREE local calls are included.
Also FREE WiFi is throughout the building.
Brand new, very quiet Mitsubishi remote control SPLIT Air Conditioner system and a fan for those who don’t like to have an air conditioner on.
We do have ELECTRONIC Key-less Door Lock, which offers security. You don’t have to worry about losing the key, having a trouble with it or carrying it with you all the time. Just enter the code.:)

The common areas of Royal Garden are beautifully decorated with Italian granite, a pleasant garden-style outdoor pool, two Saunas with showers, BBQs, tables and Ice machines and recreation room.
The Royal Garden at Waikiki is a NON-SMOKING & NO PETS allowed building. This is a strict policy and fines are issued for violations.
Covered parking in the Hotel is hotel's parking and fee is extra. It needs to be arranged with Hotel personnel upon arrival (Front Desk). It is only daily valet parking. There is very reasonable Public Pay parking across from the hotel on Olohana Street. Free parking on Ala Vai from 6pm-7am & all day on Sunday. Metered parking is also on Olohana street.
But remember, there is an excellent bus service on Island of Oahu. No need to rent a car unless you absolutely wish to.
This rental will give you a spotless clean, roomy and very comfortable place with homey feeling and exceptional value.
No need to stay in a 'budget' hotel room.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. The unit was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, it was nicely furnished and the views from the 18th floor were amazing. We loved the pool area and found all of the staff to be very welcoming and kind. The location is great as it's in a very quiet area, yet it's only a short walk to the beach through beautiful Fort Derussy Park. The owners, Alfred and Hildegard, were a pleasure to deal with and provided helpful tips on restaurants, transportation, etc.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the condo, it was amazing and so much more than what photos show. The suite was clean comfortable and equipped with everything one wanted or needed. The hotel security and valet guys were also amazing, and very helpful. I needed assistance from the owners of the condo when I was on vacation, and was helped out immediately. It was a personal matter and it was not a problem for anyone to help me out. Much appreciated. Absolutely recommend this little gem to anyone. It is close to everything one could want, I love Japanese food, try out Gyu-Kaku on Lewers and Fatty's at International Market Place. Can't wait to stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was our first trip to Hawaii and we loved it. We were really happy with the beautiful apartment which made us feel cosy and right at home.It's perfectly located short walk to the Waikiki beach and all the action yet far enough that you're relaxed in a quiet street. The owners went out of their way to give us all the info we needed which was very helpful. The staff in the building is extremely friendly and kind. The building has brand new fitness room which is important for us as well as niece laundry facility. We'll be back and we definitely recommend this apartment.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Wonderful 2 weeks in this condo. Everything was as shown in photos plus more.Clean, tastefully decorated with everything in working order. Bonus to use the gym facility onsite and shared laundry room was spacious plus free. Nice to relax by the poolside or in the quiet garden. Beaches, stores etc within walking distance and bus stop is nearby. Attractions, restaurant and Bus information was provided by owners if renters needed them. If you are a salad lover, go to California Kitchen for the Chicken B-que Salad. Great breakfast at the nearby Keo's. I walked to Ala Moana Shopping Center in about 20 minutes or less. Spacious beach Park across from Ala Moana Center but bus is also availablr. For anyone needeing the Hawaii Convention Center, this condo is also within walking to it, or you can take a quick bus ride.The Royal Gardens is located in a quiet section of Waikiki which is perfect.Windham owns the Royal Gardens and they have just made renovations so everything is fresh and up to date. I recommend this condo to others and will return myself. The owners are so friendly and willing to assist you in any way they can so this is the ideal place to spend your vacation. You get the beach, Hawaiian history, local arts and entertainment along with a wonderful condo. The Property owner was very attentive and helpful. They even gave us detailed information about the area restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc.. This was very useful! The studio was spotless and completely equiped with everything we needed for our stay. The building is beautiful and we used all the amenities; laundry facility, pool and bbq. I enjoyed that the studio was off the beat and path of downtown Waikiki. It was very quiet. I enjoyed walking along the canal every morning and taking in the mountain views. Thank you.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

Alfred and Hildegarde the owners of the beautiful condo made my our stay amazing! The condo was perfect. It is everything described and more. Hotel staff was very kind and treated us perfectly. Alfred and Hildegarde were very kind and informative and were a great help with knowing where to get the best prices for tours and rides from the airport to the hotel. They helped us enjoy our vacation and I would recommend this condo to any couples looking to stay in Waikiki. The condo's location is great, everything is within reach. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk at the most. Grocery stores are a few blocks away and so are the restaurants. While on our week stay we visited the Honolulu zoo(walk-able), Waikiki Aquarium(walk-able), Pearl Harbor(tour, pick up by bus), Polynesian Culture center(tour, pick up by bus), and did a circle the island tour(tour, pick up by bus). We would walk to the beaches and stores in Waikiki, need for a taxi, everything is within walking distance. We also visited the North shore, We rented a car and drove up there for the day. We had a beautiful snorkeling experience at Shark's Cove with hundreds of fish. A tip for my fellow visitors. If you are planning on eating at the condo, I would recommend bringing snacks such as chips, top ramen, cereal, granola bars etc.. with you due to the high prices of food in the island. Bring it on your carry on to save some money if your on a budget, otherwise enjoy your time and thanks again Alfred and Hildegarde for the wonderful condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family and I rented several condos at the Royal Garden for our first visit to Waikiki. It was very very nice condo. I had a really good time. I liked the sofa. It was really comfortable for me. Sometimes I took a nap there.. :) Number key was very convenient to go out. About the owner: Since teenage years, my husband and I were always dreaming about “Hawaii, you beautiful Hawaii...”!! Moving from East to West Coasts, closer and closer to our “dream” spot, we visited Hawaii for the first time in 1987 and fell in love with it. After returning almost every year we finally decided to have a small place of our own for our family, ourselves and our quests.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Garden at Waikiki:
Since the first time we stayed at Royal Garden many years ago, we always wanted to come back. It is beautifully build hotel with all great amenities, away from busy traffic and yet close to all excitement, only ½ block to Buses and Trolleys. Very short walk to the beach, stunning views, 24-hour manned security.
As soon as we found out that a unit was for sale, we didn't hesitate at all to take a look. We completely renovated our unit in 2008; put a lot of hard work and our sole into it for our family, our quests and for ourselves to have “Home away from Home”.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
Location, location, location!!! This was what we loved the most!! No need for a car unless you really want to rent one. Buss service on Oahu is absolutely wonderful!! You will never find it on other Island.
Short 10 minutes easy walk through the beautiful Fort De Russy Park to the nice sandy and not crowded beach called “gathering place”, where people of all nationality from all over the world are gathering. Very short distance to many shopping centres like Ala Moana, Wall-Mart, Ross for Less, Don Quijote store, International Shopping Centre, Waikiki and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre, King’s Village, close to downtown Honolulu, Convection Centre and University.
Walking distance to many fast foods and fancy restaurants, offering meals price ranging from $-$$$$. But our studio has fully functional kitchen with 20” range with four burners and oven, many other appliances and all utensils needed, just everything you need to have a choice to prepare some of your meals or snacks at home.
In the evening you can take a nice walk on Kalakaua Ave to watch and take a part in all art’s and musical performances and to visit many little stores offering souvenirs.
If too tired to go back to the beach to watch Friday’s night fireworks, just step on your 18’ private Lanai and enjoy the view.
When too tired and ready to rest, you will come home to a nice and very quiet place, to put your feet up on the footrest, watch a little TV, put a nice movie in or listen to CD, relax and have a good night sleep on your comfortable King size bed.
