Why rent a crowded condo or hotel room when you can enjoy this spacious, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage with wood floors, a dramatic 20-foot ceiling in the great room, a vaulted ceiling in the lovely master, and a separate romantic, glassed in dining porch. The beach is a quick 5 to 10 minute walk or a 3-5 minute bike ride, depending on whether you are going to the Seaside or Watercolor beaches. Any of Watercolor's 4 swimming pools await you!
Can't leave work behind? There is free wireless internet. Each room has its own TV and DVD player. If you forgot your own DVDs, enjoy the ones at the cottage. You will love the beautiful porches. Eat at one of the many local restaurants or grill out on the gas grill. You are close to both Watercolor's and Seaside's Town Centers--truly the Best of Both Worlds!
We provide a concierge service to make your check in easy and quick. They will meet you right at the door to the cottage and make sure that you are settled in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom home. The bunk room was comfortable and roomy enough for my 3 children. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped and comfortable. The house is in a perfect location! An easy walk or bike ride into Seaside. The pools are all an easy bike ride away and the tennis courts are just steps from the back porch. We look forward to our next stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a perfect spot for tennis players, beach goers or fans of both Seaside and Watercolor. You're only steps away from the north side of Seaside and a short bike ride or walk to all the amenities that Watercolor has to offer: tennis, beach club, beach, restaurants. We enjoyed a comfortable two-month stay at this charming house that feels like more than just a rental but a home. In the spacious and open kitchen and great room you'll enjoy the company of your family or friends while preparing a meal in the evening or sitting at the bar with your morning coffee preparing the day. The house is designed for family fun and convenience to all the 30A dining, activities. Enjoy!
