Why rent a crowded condo or hotel room when you can enjoy this spacious, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage with wood floors, a dramatic 20-foot ceiling in the great room, a vaulted ceiling in the lovely master, and a separate romantic, glassed in dining porch. The beach is a quick 5 to 10 minute walk or a 3-5 minute bike ride, depending on whether you are going to the Seaside or Watercolor beaches. Any of Watercolor's 4 swimming pools await you!
Can't leave work behind? There is free wireless internet. Each room has its own TV and DVD player. Enjoy a family movie night with our DVD library for your use. You will love the beautiful porches. Eat at one of the many local restaurants or grill out on the gas grill. You are close to both Watercolor's and Seaside's Town Centers--truly the Best of Both Worlds!
The spacious back porch is ready for relaxing after a day on the beach. Enjoy the great kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite counter bar that seats four in addition to the dining room that seats six.
This gem is close to everything that both Watercolor and Seaside have to offer.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has a twin over full with trundle bunk bed that can sleep four for a total of 6 guests! Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for privacy.

My family of 6 stayed in this beautiful home over spring break 2012 and loved every second of it. The images of the house do not give it justice! It is in a perfect location to Seaside and a easy bike ride to the beach and pool. The owner of the home is very sweet (we have rented from her twice) and the agency we were in contact down in Watercolor with were wonderful! We were unable to make it down this year due to my husbands deployment but as soon as he returns home we will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The name of this home suits it perfectly! It is lovely inside and in the best location. We were able to easily ride our bikes to the WaterColor pool/beach club and Seaside within minutes. It was ideal for our family of 4. We had the best time and hope to come back again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The Best of Both Worlds is exactly as billed! My family and I loved the location, decor, room, kitchen, and everything about this house/cottage. I look forward to going back and staying here again soon. The check in/check out could not have been easier. I dont want to praise it too much because it might not be available next time i would like to rent!! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom home. The bunk room was comfortable and roomy enough for my 3 children. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped and comfortable. The house is in a perfect location! An easy walk or bike ride into Seaside. The pools are all an easy bike ride away and the tennis courts are just steps from the back porch. We look forward to our next stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a perfect spot for tennis players, beach goers or fans of both Seaside and Watercolor. You're only steps away from the north side of Seaside and a short bike ride or walk to all the amenities that Watercolor has to offer: tennis, beach club, beach, restaurants. We enjoyed a comfortable two-month stay at this charming house that feels like more than just a rental but a home. In the spacious and open kitchen and great room you'll enjoy the company of your family or friends while preparing a meal in the evening or sitting at the bar with your morning coffee preparing the day. The house is designed for family fun and convenience to all the 30A dining, activities. Enjoy!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.
