Location: Lake Oswego, Portland Metro, Oregon, USA (The Condo is About 10 Miles from Downtown Portland)

Accommodations:  Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 3)

We are looking for someone to rent our gorgeous furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Everything is provided except food (some staples are provided) and your personal effects. Please Note: Due to City Law, Minimum Rental Length is 1 month.

This condo is basically brand new. The floors are large, marble tiles with radiant heating in kitchen and bathrooms and carpeting in bedrooms. It's wonderful to walk on floors that warm your toes, and we have also recently added some cushy rugs so that you can stretch out on the floor. It has a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has stainless appliances and polished marble counters. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and dishware so that you can cook a wonderful meal. The condo also has wonderful lighting throughout.

A flat screen LCD TV has been recently added with a digital cable service. There is a mac mini computer with a flat sceen mac display and large desk in the 2nd bedroom with a printer. This 2nd bedroom is set up as an office but also has a single pull-out sofa bed. Internet is provided with free wireless throughout condo. All utilities are included in rent.

The master bedroom has a high quality queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a large wonderful part glass, part wood desk and a cozy sofa bed with a down bed (sleeps 1). Both bedrooms have good sized closets. There are 2 full baths. The master bath is en-suite and has a Jacuzzi tub. All sheets and towels are provided. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in a closet in the condo.

The condo is in a park-like setting along the Willamette river. Also, Foothills Park is right next door. A short walk to this park and you will enjoy sweeping views of the river, picnic pavilion with a stone fireplace, pathways, reflecting pond, and a grass amphitheater. You can also easily walk to all of the shopping and dining at the Village (First Addition) in Lake Oswego which is less than a mile from the condo.

Details: Condo is ground-level 2 bed/2 bath approx 1080 sq feet. The condo is about 10 miles from downtown Portland. It takes roughly 20-30 minutes. It's about 40 minutes to the Portland Airport. Security/reservation deposit required. The community of Lake Oswego is pretty great with fabulous shopping and dining. It feels like a mountain vacation town like Vail and yet it's super close to Portland.
