Located in the Charming & historic Morasha (Musrara) area just below city hall near the old City walls. Recently renovated to highest standards, this top floor of a 2 floor duplex puts you minutes from whatever you need in Jerusalem.
Wood floors with new under floor heating as well as Central A/C and Heat make the unit comfortable all year around. This unit is an original Arab style home with very thick walls and high ceilings. This provides for cool summers and warm winters. Inside, the unit is updated with clean plaster and built in halogen lighting. There are 2 very large balconies; during holidays or warmer days, you can enjoy the extra large Pergola Sukkah. The Modern Kosher kitchen boasts 2 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 stainless steel sinks and granite counter tops. There is an extra large 2 door fridge / freezer with filtered water and ice maker. The natural wood cabinets offer an abundance of storage. Plenty of aluminum double planed Belgian glass windows bathe the unit with natural light and fresh Jerusalem air. The dining room has a new wood table that extends open to seat 10 adults.
PESSACH RENTAL SERVICE: we will prepare the unit for passover with an extra cleaning service making the unit and kitchen KOSHER FOR PESSACH.

Location. it is so close to the old city, the new modern mamila mall, Hotels, ben yehudah, geulah and just about anything you need while in Jerusalem. the new light rail will stop a block away. walk around the corner and you see the old city walls. this is the place that whole world wants a part of. nothing like having front row seats.

Just a quick note to say thank you for going the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable. Your apartment is lovely, we felt at home. I loved how you renovated the unit keeping the old Jerusalem Arab style on the outside, and a modern clean fresh design inside. We hope to come back to Israel next year.

We rented your apartment as you advertised the Glatt Kosher kitchen. I really appreciated your making the unit Kosher and ready for Pesaach. All we needed to was show up. I loved going to the Great Synagogue to hear the Chazzanut. My sons who were learning in Yeshivah normally come back to the USA for pesaach, this year we came to them and had a wonderful yom tov. Thank you... I will reccomend your apartment to my friends.

We stayed for sukkot, it was the best place in the world to be. Thanks for the Sukka and extra chairs. We loved being able to host family and friends over the Chagim.

Location is the best part of your apartment. I thought about renting a car, but after i understood where i was, I put my feet on the street. The kotel was an easy 15 min walk. I loved being able to walk to Mamila mall and benyehuda any time. I will see you again next summer... David
