Ocean, with huge sandy beach right across the street, with private access. Lifeguard from beach club right next door. Private white sand beach, lots of privacy. Plenty of parking. Outdoor shower, huge porches, gas grill, small garden area for summer garden. Can moor a boat with advance notice. A perfect beach getaway for a family or two or three couples, with all the Hamptons has to offer right at your doorstep. Pet and child friendly!!
House has a modern kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs and is cable and internet ready. One bedroom can be configured with bunkbeds and trundle beds for children if desired. Full set of porch furniture to allow maximum use of the expansive porches. Beach is one of the nicest on Long Island. This is a truly great beach house- previous tenants have all rented for at least 10 years in a row. Under market price to attract the right beach loving tenants.
Season extends from Memorial Day to Labor day. Extended season also available. Partial season rental also considered.
