Newly built in 2008, The Loft House in Santa Monica is a two-story architectural gem. An open, very light & spacious floor plan, carefully appointed furnishings, artwork, amenities and great location provide the perfect surroundings.

We are located just 10 blocks to the white sandy beach in Santa Monica, so sunbathing, surfing, people watching or enjoying the 22 mile walk, bike & rollerblade path that stretches along the ocean is at your disposal. You are within a mile to the famous Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade and walking distance to Main Street – all complete with world class shopping, the hottest bars, restaurants and boutiques that Venice and Santa Monica have to offer. We are also a quick drive to all of the major Hollywood studios and production houses, Beverly Hills, Malibu and all of the major business centers.
