Our Online calendars are routinely updated but may NOT always reflect accurate availability due to changes in Guest reservations. Guests are invited to verify availability during Operational Office Hours. Spring Break Reservations require a Minimum 3 Night Visit. Summer Reservations require a Minimum 7 Night Visit and is only available Saturday-Saturday. Occupancy in this property will never be allowed to exceed more than 12 persons.

BOOKING FEE: A Non-Refundable Committal Deposit of $500.00 is required to Reserve this property.
FULL PAYMENT: Reservation Balance is payable 30 Days prior to Guest Arrival. Balance Payments must be made with Certified Funds. Cashier's Checks should be made payable and mailed to:

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of a deposit, Guest Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) must be placed on file at the time of arrival. Credit card information will be securely retained on file for up to 72 hours after Guest departure. Credit card information is purged from our reservation software, if on inspection no damages were incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Committal Deposits are Non-Refundable unless Guest Cancellation is due to a Mandatory Island Evacuation by the Island Authority. Unexcused Guest Cancellations are subject to additional penalty fees outlined in our Reservation Rental Agreement.
RENTAL RATES: Rental rates are found below and remain subject to applicable taxes of 10.5% and a $400.00 Cleaning Fee for post departure property cleaning and laundering of linens.
PETS. Pets are NOT permitted.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals are permitted after 3PM Central Standard Time. Guest Departures must occur prior to 10AM Central Standard Time. Early Guest Arrivals or Late Guest Departures require preauthorization.

From the moment we arrived we were swept up into the luxury that is Tuscany Sunrise! We have been coming to Navarre for over 10 years and I have to say that it was the best vacation ever! TS has it all! Marble floors, gourmet kitchen, double masters each with its own private balcony, every room with its own elegantly appointed bath, direct beach access, outside showers, the patio with the gas grill there was nothing lacking in this beach house. We were extremely pleased with the accomodations and we WILL BE BACK! We did have a leak in the kitchen sink during our stay but managment was on it and it was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you for making our family vacation the best ever!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our second straight year at Tuscany Shores. We NEVER go to the same place twice, but we really like everything about the location and accommodations. The island retreat offers ample room for our 5 grandchildren, their parents and us to co-exist quietly and peacefully. THe beach is spectacular and the interior accommodations luxurious! The local attraction and food venue offer unique alternatives to the beach. We'll be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
