Location! Location! Location! Walk to a private beach park from "Beachside", a tropical, upscale pool home in the heart of Park Shore, one of Naples' most upscale neighborhoods. Excellent shopping and dining (including the renowned Village on Venetian Bay) is also within easy walking distance. The private beach park (pass provided) is just a walk over the bay bridge so there are no busy highways to cross to get there.
Then there's the home itself. With over 2200 square feet and an open plan design, the feeling is one of space and comfort. The furnishings and linens are of the highest quality - Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, etc. We are proud to feature the photographic work of Clyde Butcher in our home - his work on the Everglades is internationally famous. The ambience is opulent, yet beachy and tropical, with natural woods creating a relaxing haven.
In the living area, full length sliders offer beautiful views of the tropical vegetation. The designer kitchen was installed at a cost of $70,000, and has a pretty breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The formal dining room is both elegant and relaxing. The master suite is furnished in shades of tropical green, whilst the other two bedrooms echo the blues of the ocean, just a short walk away.
Our large lanai and huge yard surround our spacious, heated pool with fountains. The lanai is unusually well furnished, with designer dining and living areas, meaning you have a full outdoor area to enjoy that Florida sunshine. The vegetation is mature and luxuriant, with banana and other fruit trees, seagrape and exotic palms.
And when you leave, you will find the sophisticated pleasures of Naples on your doorstep. The private beach park is close by as are numerous shops and restaurants. And we provide bicycles so you can leave the car at home if you choose.
This is a beautiful home which has just been completely renovated, in a very special location. There are very few homes in Naples available for rental this close to the beach and in a neighborhood as prosperous as Park Shore where homes regularly sell for several million. This is a home you will want to come home to.

More than Perfect! Everything was luxurious, clean and new, the garden was very big and tropical, the furnitures there more than perfect. The location from this home can´t be better:The Fresh market and a wonderful calm beach can be achieved with the bike or within walking distance. The villa is perfect for guests, who like to have a holiday in an upmarket home and area.

The pool is gorgeous. We love the waterfalls and the overall classy, but active, deck. We love the private beach access and the beach. It’s all just breathtaking, We also enjoyed the bikes.
