My family stayed at this condo from Christmas through New Years 2011. The management company was a pleasure to work with answering all my questions quickly and the on-site property manager was also friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well decorated and met all our needs. The pool was lovely and the Key West weather in the middle of winter was AMAZING! The location was perfect near many great seafood restaurants and just a few miles from the beach and all the downtown fun. I highly recommend this rental; you can't beat the value.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Thanksgiving Weekend 2011

The house was absolutely beautiful and well kept but the area and the upkeep in the community was not as expected. There were chickens and roosters that roamed the property so being able to sleep in and rest was NOT an option when the roosters started at 5:30 AM. The pool area was also not as expcted and we were not able to enjoy it when there were huge iguanas jumping in and out of the pool. We did enjoy the fact that it was right at the center entrance to A1A so we were minutes away from Duval in one direction and minutes from the beach the other. We had a great time in Key West and the weather was perfect at thiks time of year...80s with a cool breeze :)

We had a wonderful time in Key West! The condo was great even though we didn't spend that much time in it -- we snorkeled to different locations almost everyday!

Wonderful facilities, great ideas from homeowners on what to do and see, as well as great tips. House was gated and felt safe with teenagers, gated pool would be nice for small children as well. As the owners have a couple of places in this complex, the pictures may or may not accurately show which rental you are looking at, but we found ours to be quite comfortable and nicely decorated. The rental was very clean and looked to have been kept that way. The fact that the owners provided beach/pool towels was helpful in packing. Owners were wonderful in answering specific questions, never had to contact them once we arrived. All information was clearly and accurately conveyed to us. I would come back to this area and rent from them again. Mallory square nightly festivals are not to be missed. So much to see. Thought we saw it all one night, had to go back another to see what all we had missed. Blue Heaven and Mangoes are restaurants not to be missed. If you have a vegetarian in your group - a must eat is at The Cafe just off of Duvall on Southard. The trolley trip was a must and I was glad that we did it on our first day - gave us a feel for the lay of the island and also gave us an opportunity to see what we wanted to go see more of. If you have young children, I would think seriously about the time of year that you visit and what you do there. We had 2 17 yr olds with us and the 'sights and sounds' led us to have some good discussions about the way people behave and what is acceptable. I would not take young (under about 16) kids there during spring break. the weather was fantastic and coming back to the midwest is not the way we wanted to end our vacation. It was sunny and warm in KW. If booking a dolphin or snorkeling trip, go with a small independent person. We had a very personalized trip with just our group and only paid a little bit more for it. Well worth it!

What a great place to stay! Well kept unit, great location, owners very pleasant to deal with. It was nice to go out to Duval Street at night, and have a quiet place to come back to. I'll be back next year. Thanks Jaime!
