Villa Mariposa is a beautiful and luxurious three-bedroom, four and one half bath home nestled in the side of a hill, with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The view from this level can be duplicated in very few homes in this area. The home sleeps eight comfortably and has it’s own small swimming pool and shower outside to rinse off after the beach. It is an easy walk to the beach and the center of the village. Included in the rental price is a local telephone line, a U.S. telephone line with free calls to and from the United States, satellite television, high speed internet and air conditioning. A housekeeper is provided three days a week.
About the house:
On the first level there are two bedrooms and a laundry room, with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed which can be converted into two twin beds. The master bathroom has two sinks and both a shower and a whirlpool tub overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bath with a shower. Each bedroom opens to a patio and beautiful garden. Custom made bedding and down pillows are in each bedroom.
The second level is the main living area, containing stylish yet relaxed and comfortable furniture. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and at least as many comforts as you’ll find at home, if not more, including an oversized leather recliner, satellite television with TIVO and a stereo system.
The kitchen is a gourmet cook’s dream, with all stainless steel appliances, including an Italian six burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker. There is a nice bar area with a wine cooler. A convenient half bath is on this level. The entire second level may be open to the tropical breezes or closed and air- conditioned. On the veranda there are two dining areas and a gas grill.
The third level houses yet another master suite. The living area is open and is a very spacious area, complete with desk, television, stereo and a very comfortable sitting area. Behind sliding doors you will find a romantic bedroom, with a tall custom designed and fabricated iron king-size bed. There are two bathrooms on this third level, a “his” and a “hers”. “His” is done in a cocoa colored marble, with a shower and “hers” has an oversized whirlpool tub. If you have counted the number of levels of the house at this point, you can imagine the view from here.
