Waters Edge Resort Condominiums. This place is located on one of the largest beachfronts on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, and has the largest gulf front swimming pool on the Emerald Coast.
Few places are blessed with a more spectacular setting than Waters Edge on Okaloosa Island Fl, with views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From the 5th floor you not only see the great beach and gulf waters, you also get a view of the sparkling waters of Santa Rosa Sound.
This place is really cool. It’s got a humongous 5,000 sq. ft. Gulf-side pool. An unbelievable beach.
And it’s located near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Plus, with over 400 feet of beautiful Gulf frontage, the beach at Waters Edge is never too crowded!
They call this a mid-rise condominium. That means you don’t have to wait hours for the elevator. I’ve always kind of liked going a different direction.
And that makes Waters Edge a great place to vacation. Get away. Not a lot of crowding. Great beach. Great pool. What more can you ask for?
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
It’s roomy! And what a view. Whether you’re in the kitchen or the living room, you’re looking at the beach and the gulf. The place is really cozy.
Comfortable furniture. It’s beachy. Not uppity. Kind of place where you want to relax.

The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! The entertainment center, which has a big TV, looks like a 30”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the beach. Nice.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Nice Queen size bed with a carved headboard. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt.
Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another TV, 20” or so. Same cable package.
The bunk area’s kid friendly. The little one’s will think it’s pretty cool.
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
This bedroom and bunk area sleeps 4 with 2 baths.
This is the getaway you’re looking for. At the right price too. You won’t find a better beachfront deal than right here at Waters Edge.
