With its own private beach park, our guests are assured of their own private spot on Naples' famous ten miles of beaches. And if you do bring your car, you'll have parking privileges, as well as showering and picnic facilities. Your vacation home is located west of 41 so there are no busy highways to cross to reach the beach or indeed the sophisticated downtown area of Naples.
And then there's the home itself, which has been newly decorated. The Moorings is one of Naples' most upscale neighbourhoods and this home more than reflects that ambience. Decorated in cool contemporary shades of black and white, this home provides every luxury you need to make your vacation memorable. In keeping with the art deco, modern feel, floors are tiled in white and large sliders lead from all the main rooms to the pool area, making the home light and bright.
There is a family room with large flatscreen tv as well as a living area, giving families or couples various options for privacy and relaxation. The formal dining area adds to the elegant atmosphere.
And if you wish to dine outside, you will find a well furnished lanai surrounding the heated pool. Facing southwest, the pool area is bathed in sunshine all day. Mature vegetation and a privacy fence ensures you will have a private, quiet stay in the balmy Floridian weather.

Stayed for three weeks in this villa and it was absolutely brilliant! The house was spotless and very luxurious, It was extremely well equipped and furnished. Really convenient to all Naples had to offer and 3 other families we travelled with were all close at hand, though none of their houses compared to ours! We had a few problems in that a TV broke down and a DVD player stopped working. These were immediately solved as both were replaced virtually within a day of contacting the excellent management team of Beate and Michael. We would have no hesitation recommending this house to any age group or combination of travellers. Our three teenagers adored it as did their friends. We had a wonderful 4th July cocktail party, all the doors slide open round the pool, creating the perfect entertainment house! Wanted to book for the same time next year but unfortunately it was booked, but maybe 2012!

This property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The description given understated the property which was stunning. It was well maintained and very clean.It had a very pleasant garden and the pool was lovely. It was very well situated and was within easy access of restaurants, shops and the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Waterfront Grill in Venetian Bay and also the Cheesecake Factory and the Dock at Crayton Cove. The house gives access to a private beach but we did not take advantage of this facility as the pool was so pleasant. The information suppled by the owner was comprehensive and useful and she was very helpful.We had a wonderful holiday and having stayed in Naples twice previously this is the best property that we have rented. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and hope to return there myself in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. We've stayed twice and have booked again - that, in my mind, says much for the quality of the property.
