I always remembered the ocean. All of my free time was spent in south Florida. I decided to become a resident of south Florida and I always wanted to design my own piece of paradise. As a designer and a creative individual, I got that opportunity. 3 years ago I completed the residence that you now see. It was truly a labor of love. The last two years, I decided to share my experience in this residence and I must say it has been one beautiful experience. I have meet people from all over the world. I have many repeat clients. The experience is a second home away from home. It is a very special place. I have now expanded my horizons with several other properties that I have done the same. I now have three exquisite properties available for my quests, a beautiful ocean front property in Turks & Caicos and most exclusively our true villa in Alcapoco Mexico. It is in las braises alcapoco and it is truly a fantasy.

I grew up in southern California and have always had the pleasure of the ocean. Unfortunately at the age of 21, I had to grow up. I graduated college and was recruited by Levi. I was then moved from southern California to San Francisco to their corporate headquarters. At that time my life changed forever. From there I was transferred to The Big Apple, New York City where I lived for the next 17 years. I stayed with Levi for 8 years in the fashion industry. It was always my goal to work within the fashion industry in Europe. I then went into the manufacturing business of silk textiles where I opened up my first production facilities in Como Italy. This was another fantasy that came true for me. I then expanded my business to china which allowed me to be competitive in the global market. I was able to serve all of the fine fashion houses throughout the globe. We became a world class textile manufacturing company.

This home perfectly served the needs of my group of 8 guys. We are all working professionals and were needing a place to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area for a guys' long weekend of relaxation. Upon arrival, my group was very pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the home. The home is warm and inviting and everyone in my party was very pleased with the accommodations. The beds, couches, and outdoor lounges are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, with all the utensils a cook would need to entertain a group. The kitchen and laundry appliances are top-notch. Ample bed pillows and linens are provided, including many beach/pool towels. The home includes a guide book featuring local restaurants and attractions, a useful tool for those who are new to the area. The home is located on an inland waterway, next to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Entertainment can be had watching the large yachts that sometimes go by. There is occasional noise from a nearby drawbridge; but a short time after we arrived the noise was not even noticeable. A large grocery store is about five blocks away. For local places to eat, check out Yolo on Las Olas Blvd (lots of restaurants on this street) and Shuck N Dive on N Federal Hwy (casual dining). Local attractions include the Everglades (about an hour's drive) where a group can take a private airboat tour. A 30 minute drive south will get you to Miami/Miami Beach. Working with the owner was very easy. He was easily reachable for gathering information during my property search and the contract process was a breeze. Upon arrival he greeted us and provided a tour of the home and was able to answer any questions we had. He kept the pool clean and took daily care to remove any leaves that may have fallen. The listing description and photos provided by the owner are accurate. I would certainly recommend this property to a family or group. The location is not ideal for those with young children as the amenities and decorations of the home are of high quality and are best suited for adults. This home was a bit tight for 8 guys. But, I expect it would be ideal for a family of six to eight people.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
