This brand new three bedroom townhouse is located in Meadow Village. The townhome is very nicely furnished to create a feeling of warmth and comfort and can accommodate up to six guests.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: The townhouse has three bedrooms and two full baths on the upper level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a full private bath.
The second and third bedrooms each have a queen size bed and access to a balcony that looks out over the neighboring areas. A full bath out in the hall is shared by these two bedrooms. There is one more half bathroom on the main level of the townhouse.
Kitchen and dining: This kitchen has absolutely everything you will need including brand new appliances, plenty of cookware and serving ware - even a spice cabinet! The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats six guests comfortably.
Living room: The living area has very comfy sofas situated around the gas-fired fireplace and flat screen television.
Other details: No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval. The home does not have a private phone - but cell phone service is good. There is a washer and dryer (in the unit) for guest use.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen, and includes good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps. Come make yourself at home!
There is a one time $150 cleaning fee for each rental period. We ask for a one night rental fee as non-refundable security deposit at the time of booking and full payment prior to arrival.
