This is the perfect place for enjoying all water activities or just kicking back and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. It is the perfect retreat for a week-end or a weeks stay! Horseshoe Bay can be enjoyed year round in all seasons!
This townhome has 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Lower level is the master suite with king bed and private bath. It opens onto a covered patio with private boat slip area. The middle level opens onto large sundeck with panoramic view of Lake LBJ and Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club and beach area. This level has living area, kitchen, dining area and full bath. The upper level has two guest bedrooms one with a king bed and second guest room with queen bed. Both guest rooms have a private bath.
Enjoy sitting out on the patios with friends and family any time of day. Lake LBJ is enjoyable for boating, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding and tubing. There are a number of restaurants nearby and municipal golf courses. Boats and jet skis can be rented at the local marina or bring your own watercrafts and access the private slip off of patio. Enjoy local shopping located in Marble Falls or take a trip to Austin, San Antonio or Fredericksburg. Horseshoe Bay is a private owned resort and membership does not convey with the rental of this unit.
