This townhouse is in the much sought after Top Notch location, adjacent to Attitash Ski area, one tenth of a mile walk or just a short drive to the slopes. Close to all that the Mt. Washington area has to offer.
Two night minimum stay. Strictly nonsmoking and no pets.
This area offers wonderful inn restaurants, local artisan shops, hundreds of hiking trails, great outlet shopping, Sandwich NH and Fryeburg ME Fairs, Storyland, and a seisun every Sunday at a nearby Irish pub. Downhill or cross country skiing, snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, mountain climbing, rock climbing, lake or river swimming.
The main entry has a mudroom for winter gear or tax-free shopping. Spacious living room with log woodstove, eating area, fully equipped kitchen, and half bathroom.
The upper level holds a master bedroom, ensuite full bathroom, and a loft area with pull out couch. The lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom, family room with pull out couch, and laundry room.
An identical unit next door that sleeps 10 is also available.
