  We had such a great time! We never felt cramped and we had 4 generations of ladies; great grandma, grandma mother and daughters. We enjoyed how open the kitchen - living room was. We gathered there often. We loved the jaccuzi, the access to the pool and bikes!! We ate at great restaurants that were a very short distance away. The condo is a short distance always from Archs National park and some fun sand duns. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again. The owners were fantastic to work with. Can't say enough good,I would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks for everything!!

  We had so much fun. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Perfectly located and all the amenities for a wonderful weekend vacation with teens and even two children. Thank you, Chad and Tracey - we will gladly be back!

  this place is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen and game center is fully stocked. Hot-tub is very nice. Neighborhood is nice. I have absolutely nothing but positives to say. Hope we can return.

  This was our family's first visit to Moab, as we were participating in the Project Athena races. The accommodations with this condo could not have been better. All eight of us thoroughly enjoyed the spacious layout, the comfortable beds, the rejuvenating hot tub and making s'mores on the patio! Cooking breakfast each morning in the kitchen that had everything needed, and before the day's adventures began was some awesome family time. Having access to a washer and dryer in the condo was a HUGE PLUS!!!! Being able to walk downtown was a super benefit, one that all of us took advantage of. I can't say "Thank You" enough to Chad and Tracey for working with us to make this part of our family vacation one less thing to worry about. We will definitely recommend this experience to others who are traveling to Moab. If scheduling allows, we plan to return to the Project Athena races in 2013 and will plan to reserve this clean, well appointed, centrally located and secure property once again!

  We loved the condo and it was perfect for us to stay in while mountain biking for the weekend. the hot tub was key after the porcupine rim ride too! Thanks a ton and we will very likely be back next year!

  From the first impression on walking in, the house was perfect for us, walking distance to the town and restaurants. A great base to sightsee Moab and surrounds. Clean, tidy and welcoming. (Has anybody has found a Kindle charger and a small shoulder bag that i think I left there ? )

  Very spacious condo! we had two families stay and had enough space to spread out. The location is very close to town, public parks, and mountain biking trails.

  We stayed here four nights in May and absolutely loved the place, it made our vacation! It was bigger than I expected and easily fit our party of two couples with infants and a single adult. The three bedrooms were all nice and the bunk beds plenty large enough. Everything about the place makes you feel at home, gorgeous kitchen and living room, nice flat screen TVs. Definitely enjoyed the playing the Atari - lots of games to choose from. The absolute best for me was the hot tub - so perfect at sunset looking at the canyon tops. We also loved the nice grill and used that for dinner several nights. Finally, the small touches like the baby high chair, pack-n-play and baby dishes were all nice surprises. Overall we found this place delightful and we are planning on coming back next year. Can't go wrong selecting this property!

  Excellent! Walk to downtown. Condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Great furnishings, layout, condition, amenities, etc. Definitely would recommend for others looking for a week in Moab.

  We stayed only 2 nights, and wish we'd had several weeks. It's a beautiful 3 bdrm condo, well equipped with everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The furnishings are classy and top notch. The condo is very roomy, plenty of room for 7 of us! It was great to have the "loaner" bikes available for our use, and the hot tub was appreciated after a day of rock climbing and hiking. The owners are professional and took extra care of all our needs. I'd definitely come back to this vacation home!
