We stayed here four nights in May and absolutely loved the place, it made our vacation! It was bigger than I expected and easily fit our party of two couples with infants and a single adult. The three bedrooms were all nice and the bunk beds plenty large enough. Everything about the place makes you feel at home, gorgeous kitchen and living room, nice flat screen TVs. Definitely enjoyed the playing the Atari - lots of games to choose from. The absolute best for me was the hot tub - so perfect at sunset looking at the canyon tops. We also loved the nice grill and used that for dinner several nights. Finally, the small touches like the baby high chair, pack-n-play and baby dishes were all nice surprises. Overall we found this place delightful and we are planning on coming back next year. Can't go wrong selecting this property!

We stayed only 2 nights, and wish we'd had several weeks. It's a beautiful 3 bdrm condo, well equipped with everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The furnishings are classy and top notch. The condo is very roomy, plenty of room for 7 of us! It was great to have the "loaner" bikes available for our use, and the hot tub was appreciated after a day of rock climbing and hiking. The owners are professional and took extra care of all our needs. I'd definitely come back to this vacation home!

Our family stayed her during the 2012 Moab Half Marathon weekend. We had a tremendous experience - a beautiful and welcoming environment that made our stay a very memorable one. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time. Beautiful and comfortable furniture - fun decor - exceptionally functional floor plan and layout and a perfect location, two blocks from downtown. The bicycles in the garage were very handy and helpful as well. We will gladly stay here again Thank you very much!

I couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. Along with myself, my friends Mark and his girlfriend Mari fully and completely loved the condo. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and very inviting. What you see in the pictures is what the place is. Wonderful. I took advatage of the location and walked to town one day. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and for you adventurous types, the hospital is right across the street! If there was one thing I'd like to see different it would be the check-out time. We needed about another 30 minutes and the cleaning people weren't happy about that. But other than that, this place and the owners were absolutely wonderful!!

I rented this condo for a girls weekend. We had a group of 7 adults and fit very comfortably. We were very impressed and excited when we walked in. It is hard to tell exactly what a property is like from pictures, and this place was better than we anticipated. The condo is spacious and well decorated, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has every appliance and gadget you'll need, and on top of all that the owners provide you with a binder containing directions on how to use everything there, restaurants and activities they recommend, and even the history of the area. It is only two blocks from main street and within walking (or biking if you like to ride) distance of shopping, restaurants, ice cream… This is silly, but one of our favorite things was the Atari with all of the games we played as kids. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Moab.

My family (husband and three kids) stayed in Tracey and Chad's condo on our vacation in August. This is by far the best condo I have ever rented! From the beginning, Tracey and Chad were extremely helpful and provided great detail and information in their emails. Once we got to the condo, I was so impressed by how clean and nicely kept everything was. The place is decorated nicer than most homes I've been in! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and lots of nice touches (like the bikes, hot tub, computer, flat screen TVs). The place had everything we needed (even things like a cooler for our use). The beds were super comfy as was the rest of the furniture. Everything was top notch. The location was great - just a few blocks from downtown Moab and an easy walk to most places you would want to go. And with the parks (Canyonlands and Arches) close by, it was really convenient. I cannot recommend Tracey and Chad's place enough! I wish we could have stayed longer.

This house is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very comfortable. It is situated well in the downtown of Moab and in the very quiet district, near restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tube. We are a french family with young children and we spent a very nice stay there.

Very impressed by this beautiful and very well equiped condo. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Loved the quiet yet central location in Downtown Moab. Owner is a pleasure to deal with - efficient and nice. Unusually high quality furnishing and equipment make this property a "home away from home". Excellent for all sorts of families, our family of four with 2 children loved staying there. The bunk bed is great and hot tub a nice touch too. We enjoyed riding the bikes the owner kindly leave at renters' disposal to the new aquatic center just up the road. There's also a swimming pool in the residence though our kids enjoyed the high diving boards and splash areas of the aquatic center. Enjoyed being able to even walk to Main Street yet having a very quiet condo. Would highly recommend it. Photos don't do it justice.

My family and I had a terrific time in Moab. The condo is centrally located and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Comes equipped with everything you need for your stay (including plenty of towels). Hot tub is great to have in the backyard. Bikes were really fun to have to ride around Moab. We had a wonderful time and would completely recommend staying at this condo.

From this condo one can walk to town and ride to MTB trails. You could feasibly park the car for a week and just play the atari that comes with the place or go in the hot tub with all your free time.

This is a great location, just a few blocks from main street. The townhouse is clean, roomy, and well supplied. The hot tub is a great amenity at the end of a long hike. The owners are great to work with and obviously take great pride in their property and communications with renters. I searched many properties prior to choosing this one, and this was the right choice for our family. We would definitely stay there again. Kemmet Family

Our family spent the Christmas holiday weekend at this condo. We had 4 couples and 2 small children (ages 2 & 3). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we found the layout of the condo to be perfect for our needs. We spent time cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed, ate meals together at the large dining room table, enjoyed movies, played games, used the hot tub, etc. It was especially nice to be able to have some family members sit and visit, cooking in the kitchen, eating a snack, watching TV, or on the computer and all feel as if we were together. The open layout was so, so nice. We also loved having the bikes available. We brought another bike and a bike trailer for the little ones and had a great time riding through town, along bike trails in town, to the park in town, etc. We highly recommend the park with the musical instruments. It was awesome! We hiked a number of places at Arches National Park. It was a little chilly at the higher elevations, but great weather overall for hiking. The views from both our car and as we were hiking were so beautiful. We would love to come back during the summer or spring. The listing was accurate in describing the location, amenities, and description of this condo. It was even nicer in person than the pictures could possibly depict. The condo was very clean and completely welcoming for us. The owners were very accomodating and helpful in their interaction with me as I reserved the condo and was in touch with them before and after our stay. They were extremely professional and helpful in all communications I had with them. We would all recommend this place to friends and family who were interested in staying in Moab. We would definitely choose this place to stay in again. Thanks so much for a wonderful place!!

This condo had everything we could ask for from a hot tub and bicycles, to a kitchen aid mixer and front loading washer and dryer. Our friends stayed in another unit in this complex and paid a bit more than us, and this condo was by far nicer. Beautifully decorated. I would definately recommend this condo!

My family was in the party with Jim (below), and I just had to come on here and gush a little bit more about not only the condo, but also the owners!! We had just an absolutley wonderful time during our vacation, and it was so nice with our 2 little boys (ages 5 and 3) to be in a "home away from home" as opposed to a bare-bones hotel. Unfortunatley for us, we got a little too comfy and managed to leave behind ALL our sons' DVDs!!!! Talk about a heart-attack! But all we had to do was call, and the owners made sure our DVD's came back, safe and sound!! What thankfull little boys we have now! =) So don't worry one bit if you find yourself coming home a little lighter- it's not permanent! And that is a satisfaction worth paying for!!! Now... if only I could get my blanket back from the hotel I stayed in in Provo a month before this trip (TRUE STORY!! I still can't seem to get ahold of whomever I need to for that!). Looking forward to coming back soon! And THANK YOU again, for going above and beyond!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on coming back here on our next visit to Moab. We had a large group (6 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of room for everybody. The furnishings are fantastic and the place is beautiful. The photos really do not do the place justice. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. It was a very nice place to come back to after a long, hard, hot day on the trails in a Jeep.

All the family loved it. Well furnished and equiped, easy walk or cycle to downtown and plenty to do in the area. In fact so much to do that we did not even get to the pool ... which is unheard of for the kids. Everything was very clean, new and as described (or better). We would certainly stay here again if we ever get back to Moab.

If your going to stay in Moab for a few days, this is the place to stay. The condo is beautifully furnished, all of the appliances are modern and work great, and the condominium is just plain comfortable. The beds were great. You are a block away from the heart of the shopping district in Moab. We did not use the Jacuzzi in the back yard, but it was nice to know it was there. The indoor pool is a short distance away from the condo and it gives you enough time to dry off on the walk back. We would have given our stay an excellent rating but for the fact that the hot water heater unexpectedly turned itself off a couple of times and we had to restart it. This was a minor issue that the owner was going to fix promptly. I would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat. My kids and family loved it! The condo is 1 minute away from the Moab Adventure Center which we used to book a few excursions. This was very convenient.

My family of 5 stayed here for two nights and loved it. The home is so spacious, and we didn't even use the 2nd bedroom because my 3 kids wanted to sleep together on the bunk beds! Everything was as described, and then some. We loved the convenience of the computer, the garage, the great kitchen, and the indoor pool about a block+ away. If you're staying in Moab, don't hesitate to stay here. The owners were very pleasant to work with and were very prompt in returning our security deposit. This was just one stop on our two week vacation, in which we stayed in 6 different places -- and this was our favorite rental.

Better than I imagined, plenty of room, very nicely furnished, stocked and roomy kitchen, fun pool, nice entertainment center and computer. The owner was helpful with all our questions. We loved exploring Goblin Valley, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Shopping in Moab was fun. The only down-side to our experience was when we discovered that our son-in-law is allergic to cow fur, which is used to upholster one of the easy-chairs! Who would have ever thought of that?
