I have traveled all over the world and rented places. For the money it doesn't get better than this. Ignacio (the owner) is extremely on point and made sure everything was sorted. Even when we had trouble contacting the guard for key pickup we called his direct cell phone and he picked up right away and everything was sorted right on the spot. The apartment is what you can expect out of a 5 star hotel. Apartment was spotless when we arrived no issues with anything. Everything is luxury and the apartment is located right in the center of it all. It is a 5 min walk to Zona Rosa but amazingly quiet at night. Beds were quality same with the furniture. Flat screens in every room and a nice soundsystem in the living room. Wifi is very reliable and fast. Balcony has a beautiful view across the valley. The security guard up front was very accommodating and even spoke some English. I will definitely be renting from Ignacio again. Had amazing first trip to Medellin I will be back soon! Thanks

The mantra in New York real state is “location, location, location”. For a first time visitor to Medellin this is even more critical and Ignacio the owner, has solved this problem in the most elegant manner. If you are considering travelling to Medellin, and need a luxurious, well appointed apartment in a very safe building within steps of the heart of the nightlife I highly recommend reaching out to Ignacio. I am a single male that has travelled the bulk of the world for both work and pleasure. Although I am adventurous and can adapt to most any environment and social condition, when I am on vacation I prefer to have all of the creature comforts that I have grown accustomed living in New York and Paris. I travelled for the first time to Medellin a few weeks ago for eleven days and I wanted to stay in an apartment, in the heart of the higher-end nightlife, where I could walk out safely and be in the midst of the restaurant and nightlife action. I was a bit worried at first renting a place from an internet sight, but I took the risk and I was happily surprised to find that the apartment was not only the same as the one in the photos but exceeded my expectations in terms of; luxury, location, cleanliness and gorgeous panoramic views. I stayed at two apartments supplied by Ignacio, the reason for this is that I extended my trip due to great time I was having. Both apartments were magnificent and will satisfy the needs and expectations of the most discerning tourists. Not mentioned in the webpage, is the fact that they are located within a 1-minute walk from the Park 10 boutique hotel, which is a great reference point and serves a great American style breakfast. I am currently planning two trips to Medellin, a short one in either October or December and a longer one in mid January. I will make all my accommodation arrangements with Ignacio, he has proven to be an honorable, reliable and serious gentleman.

I headed down to Medellin for Easter and spent about 8 days in this apartment. Everything was perfect. The owner was always there when I needed to talk to him, the place was in a great area about 3 blocks away from the main ave in Lleras. The security in the building was always friendly and helpful. I needed a bottle of wine one night they had it delivered within an hour. They were always ready to help. The manager of the apartment was also very helpful and never butted in for anything. I called him when I needed him and he showed up. I felt like I lived in Medellin staying at this place. It became a HOME. It was a beautiful apartment that had everything one could need. Except the phone, but I used my cellphone anyway. And for the price IT WAS A STEAL! This place was perfect. The view was just right. You could just get a nice peek to see the city at night. Perfect sight without the clouds. Bathrooms were beautiful... KITCHEN WAS AMAZING! with everything you might need. Just amazing. I spent my time there with my fiance and she was very happy with it. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I stayed in this apartment Nov 1st to Jan 5th , its ideally located for the main entertainment hub of Medellin - Parque lleras , it is only three blocks away i.e - a very short walk to the entertainment and no problem getting back having enjoyed a few beers. that said it is far enough away that the entertainment noise is nill. this building is situated right behind a much bigger building that must deflect the noise of the park - so you have the best of both worlds. Apartment is very comfortable, building about 4 years only - modern - with all the accessories you would expect plasma TV through to towels and full kitchen equipment. Two bedrooms the master is large with en-suite , the second bedroom has a double bed and is functional.the buildings guards are very helpful and friendly one speaks quite good english. this is a relaxed quiet building with most apartments occupied by residents rather than renters. Also note for Taxi's - there is a boutique hotel two blocks away , which always has taxis in its rank - so rather than booking and waiting for a taxi i just walked around to the rank - also about three blocks away is 'pomona' supermarket so getting supplies into this apartment very easy and again on foot. There are two brothers who operate this apartment who are exceptionally professional and always available, for example i had a problem with one of the door locks - they sent someone who stayed on the job that same day until it was corrected - if you know latin america - this is very unusual! and a very welcome surprize. I have no hesitation recomending this apartment or its owner /management. Enjoy Medellin!
