Incredible newly built Mediterranean style home located in the Heart of the Village on Andy Rosse Lane. Bella Bellini is a professionally Robb & Stuckey decorated, luxurious 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom private home with a quiet, secluded heated pool and spa.
A courtyard style design located on a palm tree lined brick path 500 feet from the beach, this beautiful home offers a gourmet kitchen with island sink, washer/dryer, private elevator, surround sound, 6 TV's, VCR/DVD Player, Wi-Fi connection. The large outdoor chefs area has an oversize gas grill with wetbar and refrigerator. Weekly minimum and can accommodate up to 14 people.
Five casual and one fine dining restaurants, two art galleries, beach equipment rentals, island grocery store, kayak/jet ski rental, coffee/ice cream store, day cruise tour boat - to other local islands, and lots of great shops all a minute or two walk from the house. A detailed list, with web addresses, of all activities will be provided with rental along with a list of great restaurants.
Once you arrive and park your car, you may not need it for the rest of your stay! Head directly to the beautiful sugar sand beach, relax and watch the dolphins play in some of the most the breath taking sunsets found only on Captiva Island.
A few minutes by car (15 mins.) and you can enjoy the 7000 acre Ding Darling nature preserve, shell museums, terrific shopping areas, movie theatre, and dozens of other fabulous restaurants!
The home is professionally maintained. After all cleaning, service and maintenance visits, the house is approved for new guests. All kitchen items and appliances will be available and ready for use. The cleanliness and working order of all amenities is never a question with this wonderful home in a wonderful location!

Why the Owner Chose Captiva Island
After vacationing in Captiva many times we realized there weren't many places that had as much to offer. It's as much activity as you want, or as little. You can be gone all day shopping, shelling, fishing or visiting other islands on the local cruise boat. Or you can just sit on the beach, relax and watch the beautiful sunsets as you sip margaritas from the Mucky Duck.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is right in the middle of all the action on the best street in the village. You can walk to everything within minutes. We have arrived at the house, parked the car and not used it again for days! It's so nice when even a large family can all go to lunch without having to jam in the car. Once back inside the house the quiet serene and peaceful nature of it's design will make you feel like you're the only ones on the island!
Good beach food! Everyone knows this is the place to be to celebrate a beautiful sunset!
A crazy eclectic decor sparks fun conversation! Take the kids and have lots of fun playing "Eye Spy".
Everything from jet skis to parasailing can be found here. You can even rent golf carts and scooters here.
A trip to the mangrove forest in a kayak with an experienced guide is an amazing experience!
Basic needs can be met here after a minute walk from Bella Bellini!

We really loved the place. It could not have been better and there was something new and different to do every day. The beach, the pool, the accommodations, the location, everything is perfect. The minute we walked into the house, we knew it was clean. We concluded that it wasn't just a febreeze cover up but a very clean house. We didn't clean a thing the first day and were able to relax, walk over to the restaurant and eat dinner. After spending a week at Bella Bellini, my wife now wants to upgrade our kitchen to include the 6 burner range. With a 1, 2, and 3 year old with us, we ended up eating in more than out. The grill was great, too. It would heat up to 550 degrees in about 3 minutes after we lit it. Molly (my wife) was talking about the place with our neighbors. They asked us to email them the link to the house because they are also planning a trip this spring. We are very impressed. Todd
