Walking distance to Restaurants, Museums ,Casino, and Prospera Place ( Hockey, Sporting Events and Concerts). Driving distance to Big White ( Downhill and Cross Country Skiing} 45 miles South East of Kelowna. A short drive to many excellent golf courses and vineyards.

The owner, Sandy, was very pleasant to deal with during the booking process and her mother Annette met us at the condo upon our arrival as prearranged. The condo is ideally located, within easy walking distance of everything (beach and downtown Kelowna) . The building and upper pool/deck area are lovely and well maintained. The condo itself is well laid out and had enough space for a family of 5 (3 adult children aged 14, 16 and 22 and two adults) to move around comfortably. Our concerns which we expressed to Annette (Sandy was out of the country at the time) was the poor conditions of the VERY small deck attached to the living room which was dirty and included a disgusting looking door mat(she replaced it the next day), a tiny unusable BBQ which was covered in grease and had a cigarette butted out on the grill and the patio door/glass deck panels that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Needless to say we did not use the deck at all. The front panel of the utensil drawer came off the first time we tried to open it. My husband (who is a journeyman carpenter) could not fix it as the brackets holding it together were stripped. This was left in poor condition prior to our arrival but was not attended to. The fridge did not have a handle and was difficult to open and close. The master bath shower door was off the runner and the shower door originally looked grimy but had a lot of hard water stains (which eventually came off when I bought the proper cleaning solution and cleaned it). The kitchen might have been well equipped at some point but has not been updated and kept up. It would have been nice to have had a bedside light or two to read by at night as well. All the appliances, including the T.V. could use an upgrade in order to bring this condo into another level of comfort. Overall, our opinion is that this condo has great potential but needs some TLC in order for it to be considered an "excellent" property. We received an extra night accommodation for using our time to find, fix and purchase the necessary drawer brackets and fridge handle. We also fixed & cleaned the shower door. After we did the math, we didn't feel as though we came out ahead on that equation. We really enjoyed the Kelowna area and all that it has to offer and will return to explore it more. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, if we knew that our concerns were not only valued but also addressed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Id like to thank Sandy for being the most gracious host, answering all emails, questions, and concerns we may have had prior to our arrival. The condo is exactly what we were looking for. It was luxurious, spacious, central to everything on the water and in town, a 1 minute walk to the water, a 4 minute walk to downtown restaurants, 2 minute walk to Prospera arena, a 3 minutes walk away from the casino (Delta), and a corner unit. This was a home away from home. The condo is in immaculate shape, beautifully furnished, includes wifi, laundry, tons of linens, all kitchen amenities, room to sleep a party of 6 adults without feeling cramped, a cute deck and a small BBQ. It is quiet and we actually saw a deer eating off a bush right in front of the unit. I know the next time we come to Kelowna that we will be staying here again. Thank-you for being the best!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Kelowna. The condo was spacious and easily accomodated our family (including young baby) and friends. The kitchen was a bit sparse, but the pool, hot tub, and great location next to park/beach were wonderful amenities to the condo. The condo is wonderfully located to access the spectacular wineries, abundance of fresh produce and variety of summer outdoor activities. We would definitely come back and spend more time enjoying this region at the condo. Oh, and the French restaurant a couple of blocks away was absolutely fantastic - we highly recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
