Our cabin is a two story home built in 2005 and situated on three acres, with mountain views. Our neighborhood, homesites of 3 acres or more, gives you a private and secluded feeling yet it is only 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs and 30 minutes to the Wolf Creek Ski area. Fishing in Echo Lake or the San Juan River is just 5 minutes away.
The house is fully furnished, with new appliances (including Gas Cook Stove) and complete linen sets and kitchen supplies. Wood floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, make our home a very comfortable place to stay. Two bedrooms and one bath are located upstairs. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with telephone and wall mounted TV. The Second Bedroom has two double beds and a large walk-in closet.
The second Bathroom is located downstairs in the laundry room, off of the Kitchen. Laundry Room has new Washer and Gas Dryer. Living Room has leather sofa/chairs and a Gas Heat Stove. Sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper. Dining room and office/computer area are located adjacent to Kitchen. House computer with High Speed Internet is included.
