Black Bear Lodge is Located About 90 Yards from the West Wall Lift. It is a 25 Unit New Luxury Complex with a Heated Covered Garage; Outdoor Hot Tub; a Large Lodge Room with a TV and Fireplace.
This Four Bedroom, Three and 1/2 Bath Unit Sleeps 12 comfortably. The Private Master Bedroom has a King Bed and is located off of the main living area. Two other main level bedrooms exist- one with a King Bed and its own bathroom, the other with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has 2 sets of bunk beds, a trundle bed, a full bathroom and its own family/entertainment area with 48" Flat screen TV with Blue Ray TV DVD player, pool table & air hockey. All Bedrooms Have Their Own flat screen TV. There is also a large 52" Flat Screen TV in the living room with Blue Ray TV DVD- bring the movies & video games! The Kitchen Has Knotty Alder Cabinets, Granite Countertops and a Raised Bar Top with Seating. The Living Room has comfortable high-end furniture, Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. There are incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte and the ski area from the living room and main level master. There is a Washer and Dryer in the Unit and it is Tastefully Decorated with High End Furniture. The Complex Has a Hot Tub, Gas Grill, and an Eating Area on its Scenic Patio. No telephone, but WIFI in the lobby. Elevator access takes you from the heated underground garage to just steps away from your residence.
At Your Doorstep is a Free Shuttle Service Every 15 Minutes to the Historic Town of Crested Butte. No Car is Needed. Take the Shuttle Bus to the Main Ski Area and Downtown to Restaurants. Crested Butte is Said to Be the Wildflower Capital of Colorado. It Has Wonderful Downhill Skiing, Nordic Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Fly Fishing and Hunting.
