Strategically located in 10 minutes walk to Moscow City office buildings and 5 minutes by car to Kremlin this 70 square meter (750 square feet) apartment on the third floor of Stalin-era 10 floor residential building provides excellent facilities for your business or leisure stay in the capital of Russia.

The apartment comprises of spacious living room combined with kitchen (39 square meter), bedroom (14 square meter), study/extra bedroom (9 square meter) and bathroom (8 square meter) equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub.

The apartment is fully furnished using French designer furniture by Ligne Rose and equipped with two Bang and Olufsen TVs (in the kitchen and living room) and 100+ channels of satellite TV (CNN, BBC, Bloomberg and other major foreign channels are available). Broadband internet is available in all rooms either by using wired or WiFi connections.

Though it is located in the safe area of Moscow the apartment is equipped with enforced double entrance doors, security alarm system (infrared motion detectors, smoke detectors) and video surveillance system for constant monitoring of the apartment's outside entrance space. Video streams from 4 cameras may be accessed in real time via Internet.

Access to residential building's yard is limited by gates, which could be opened using the remote controller. Parking is available on the yard's territory or in the located nearby garage of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, which provides (besides parking) car wash, car repair and gas station facilities.

Excellent transport connections will provide you with access to all central areas of Moscow in maximum of 10-20 minutes by car/metro/trolleybus. Nearest subway (metro) station is Kievskaya. Moscow City is accessible by 10 minutes walk, using the Bagration pedestrian bridge, which connects Kutuzovskiy avenue with Moscow City.
