This Non-Smoking Condominium is located in the Piper's Nest Condo on Indian Shores, a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants. It offers upscale dining and a variety of activities on and off it’s pristine beach. Come and enjoy our wonderful Gulf home. We offer two bedrooms and two full baths.
King-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size and full-size bed in the second bedroom. This home also offers a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room area, to sleep a total of 8. This two-story building is intimate but spacious with only nine other units on the property, offering a quaint and intimate setting among million dollar homes and million dollar sunsets. Our clean and safe beach is known worldwide.
This large 1250 square foot condo offers a beachfront view from the living area and private balcony and an Intercoastal Waterway view from the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a glass block shower and double vanity along with a very large walk in closet. The spacious living area offers an open floor plan for preparing and enjoying a meal, or just relaxing in the living room or outside on the balcony that looks directly out to the beach with all its splendor.
There is a large sunning patio with lounge chairs and two showers to rinse the sand. You simply step off the deck, among the sea oats onto the beautiful white sand beach! We offer all the amenities needed for you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about anything.

Just 25 minutes from Tampa and Busch Gardens, ten minutes to St. Petersburg, 90 minutes to Orlando and the Disney Parks, OR just relax on our wonderful safe beach and let the world go by. Our beautiful area also offer numerous activities to suit what ever your heart desires. Activities such as deep sea fishing, scuba diving, wave runners, parasailing, boating, or walking on the soft sand for miles.

My husband and I, along with our two boys 9 and 5, were looking for a nice place to stay during school spring break, well, we found it!! First of all, the location, while close to Clearwater and Tampa/St. Pete, is very quiet, and there is not a lot of traffic noise at night. Second, with a paved walking/bike lane, it was easy (and safe) to walk to most places, with plenty of shops, places to eat, and entertainment in easy walking distance. (there is also a trolley, but we didn't bother) The condo itself it clean, large, well laid out, nicely decorated, and well maintained. But the best part of all is the view. The view from the living room is the beach/gulf, and its only a few feet to walk from the stairway leading from the condo door to the beach itself, which we did every morning. The beach is clean, and you can easily walk miles in each direction. We saw rays and dolphins while walking the beach, as well as many sea birds. Clean, trash free, and quiet stretches of sand as far as the eye can see. Now if you're a college kid looking for a great place to party over Spring Break, I wouldn't say this place is for you, its too quiet and the bars are more adult oriented, but if you're anyone else looking for some well earned rest and relaxation, great food, and beautify views, book it now! I won't say the name here, but a seafood resturant just down the street about a mile from the condo was featured on the TV show Diners, Dives and Drive Ins, and it was so good we ate there twice during our week stay. I plan to stay here again. Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Cute, wonderful and cozy. We loved the layout and the decor was perfect. It was a get away that we so needed, to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sunsets and the beach. Peace and quite! Everything was local, especially the resturants, with many to choose from. It was the first real vacation we have had in a while, and well deserved. We have recommended you to many friends.

Thank you! We had to write you to share our time at Beach Place. The home is beautifully decorated and has that warm feeling of home..with NO SNOW! We truely felt at home here. The location was perfect for fun at the beach or going out to eat or cruising down Gulf Blvd., just being tourist! The folks at Daudelin Vacation Rentals were friendly and professional and answerd all our questions. We will use them again on our next trip to Florida.
