This beautiful 4 bedroom + Den/4.5 bath home boasts 4200 sf of living area on 3 levels, 2 kitchens (the main larger kitchen and one smaller), main living area, home entertainment w/ big screen TV, billiards and wet bar. Private outdoor 6 man hot tub, 3 car garage and gas grill. The house comfortably sleeps 14, and is located at 26 Snowberry Way, Dillon, CO 80435.
There are many beautiful mountain accents throughout. The massive peeled logs truly give this home the special mountain feel to make your mountain vacation even more memorable.
The Chef in your party will love the Gourmet Kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner Jenn-Aire island stove, plenty of counter space and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is no question everyone will want to congregate in this kitchen, but not to worry, there is plenty of space for everyone.
The TOP LEVEL is a wonderful area for the kids, they will feel like they have their own "apartment". This spacious room could also double as an "in-law" suite. Along with 2 Twin beds (which can be set up as a King), and 2 sets of bunk beds, there is a private bath, TV, foosball table, sofa/love seat and a small kitchen.
The MAIN LEVEL is where you will find the Gourmet Kitchen, dining area, living area with leather sofas and reclining chair, Direct TV, DVD, Bose stereo and wood burning fireplace. There is a large deck off the living/dining area where you can enjoy the views, or BBQ on the gas grill. Also on the main level is the Master bedroom with a King bed, private bath with double vanity and dual heads in the shower. The 1/2 bath and Den with double futon are also on this level.
The LOWER LEVEL showcases the media room with flat screen TV, billiards table, wet bar and private hot tub right outside. This is a great place for anyone who wants to relax with a DVD, or a chance to test your skills at billiards. Oh, and don't forget about the sauna for anyone who needs to thaw out after a long day on the mountain. The large laundry room with additional freezer is also on this level. The two other suites are located on opposite ends to offer additional privacy, one with a King bed and private bath, the other with a Queen bed and Jack/Jill bath.

Just returned from Thanksgiving with the family and could not have been more impressed. Close to Keystone, A-Basin, and Breckenridge for everyone to enjoy the slopes and mountain air. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and 2 dogs. The hot tub was great after a long day on the mountain and the sauna was a perfect end to the night with a cup of hot cocoa. The only draw backs were that the upper loft is above the garage and was a bit colder than the rest of the house and if you bring a dog there is no fence or backyard to speak of so the upper deck is the only option if you have a "runaway" dog. Overall we were very impressed and look forward to making this a yearly turkey day tradition. I highly recommend this for anyone with a big family or group.

Our family just returned from our stay at this beautiful home. We had a large group with grandbabies,adult married children,our own younger children and ourselves,13 in all! This home is layed out perfectly for this kind of gathering. The upper level is totally contained with mini kitchen,living area with tv,bathroom and foosball table, king bed and 2 adult size bunk beds. The main floor is gorgeous with the master bedroom ,fireplace,lovely kitchen,dining area and office.It has a deck and offers breathtaking views. The lower level has 2 more bedrooms,2 bathrooms,living area with tv, pool table,laundry area,sauna and a hottub outside the walkout doors. Just can't say enough about this property,it met all our expectations! It also is wonderfully located and close to everywhere you would want to go! The property manager was great and quickly met all our needs! Hope to return and stay again!!

We stayed in this home for our son's wedding. This is a fantastic property--great location-enough room for everyone to spread out. Fully equipped with all necessities down to the shampoo!! Will definitely rent again.
